Join me for a transformational week of vinyasa flow yoga, meditation and mindfulness and connect to the true power of yoga as a tool to enhance life… a joyful practice of self acceptance and gratitude. Through our daily yoga practices we’ll explore concepts such as developing stability, celebrating individuality, risk taking, self acceptance, devotion, trust building, living your truth and above all gratitude!

Taking a different theme each day, we’ll explore these concepts through morning meditation and journalling, dynamic vinyasa flow and restorative evening classes. You’ll learn how to take these life skills off the mat and tap into the true magic of yoga beyond the physical practice.

There will be no yoga on arrival and departure days. On arrival day we will be waiting for you with our first dinner, on departure day we will have a last breakfast in Casa Erica.
