Discover balance within yourself and feel energy flowing through your body as you navigate the dynamic interplay between effort and ease throughout the week. This retreat is designed as a sanctuary for resetting and fostering deep connection—through movement, self-exploration, and community. Unplug to recharge, build lasting bonds with like-minded individuals, and gather renewed energy for the season ahead.
Each morning begins with breathwork and energizing Vinyasa flows, thoughtfully tailored to suit individual needs. Options and props will be available to ensure that every participant, regardless of level, can move with intention and cultivate balance, strength, and flexibility.
Afternoons offer a slower pace, inviting you to embrace calm and peaceful energy through practices such as yin/yang flows, mellow movements, or deeply restorative yin classes. These sessions are dedicated to releasing tension and finding ease in the body through mindful relaxation, gentle sequences, or long-held postures.
Léa Hatahet
Léa is from France – she lived in Japan and Dubai during her studies and then moved to Brussels, where she has been teaching yoga for the last 4 years. A lifelong lover of movement, she discovered yoga in 2015 after years of practicing track and field and several injuries.
In recognising that we are all unique, Léa seeks to support her students by meeting them where they are. She encourages exploring movements and options to suit individual bodies and experiences. Over the last 2 years, Léa has completed her 300-hour Awakening Yoga training with Patrick Beach and Carling Harps. Teaching both vinyasa and yin with an insight into intelligent sequencing and mobility, she will help you to make your way to more advanced poses, find a free and open practice or equally slow down through a safe, supportive, and step-by-step approach.
When not teaching, Léa loves hiking, taking pictures, visiting neighbourhood coffee shops and exploring movement in various forms.
