A week of shared practice, reflection, and space to grow.
Immerse yourself in the flow of the retreat, sharing practice and moving with full presence and curiosity.
Through the tools and techniques of yoga, we’ll explore presence and awareness, noticing how these qualities extend beyond the mat into our daily lives. This retreat offers a sanctuary to reset and reconnect — through movement, self-inquiry, and community. Unplug to recharge, build meaningful connections with like-minded souls, and gather fresh energy for the season ahead.
We’ll cultivate balance in body and mind through a thoughtful blend of Vinyasa, Yin, and self-care practices. Workshops invite you to go deeper, build confidence, and discover new insights to integrate into your practice at home.
Each morning begins with dynamic flow, encouraging you to explore your own potential and possibility. Evening sessions invite a slower pace — Yin Yang, Yin, restorative and Myofascial release practices designed to nurture, unwind, and restore.
Léa Hatahet
Léa is from France – she lived in Japan and Dubai during her studies and then moved to Brussels, where she has been teaching yoga for the last 4 years. A lifelong lover of movement, she discovered yoga in 2015 after years of practicing track and field and several injuries.
In recognising that weA are all unique, Léa seeks to support her students by meeting them where they are. She encourages exploring movements and options to suit individual bodies and experiences. Over the last 2 years, Léa has completed her 300-hour Awakening Yoga training with Patrick Beach and Carling Harps. Teaching both vinyasa and yin with an insight into intelligent sequencing and mobility, she will help you to make your way to more advanced poses, find a free and open practice or equally slow down through a safe, supportive, and step-by-step approach.
When not teaching, Léa loves hiking, taking pictures, visiting neighbourhood coffee shops and exploring movement in various forms.
