Last days of Summer

Last days of Summer

All Level ✺ 15- 21 October 2026 ✺ Casa Erica, Málaga, Spain

Set in the late-October sun of southern Spain, this retreat offers a chance to extend the feeling of summer just a little longer. While autumn settles in across northern Europe, the climate here remains mild, creating the perfect space to rest, recharge, and slow down.

Each morning begins with grounding breathwork and guided meditation, followed by a gentle vinyasa flow to awaken the body and move with the warmth of the season. Afternoons are reserved for deep rest through restorative yoga or yoga nidra, supported by the calming rhythm of the ocean. Along the way, we’ll explore yoga philosophy, mantra, and mythology as gentle tools for reflection and connection.

This retreat is an invitation to digest what has been, reset, and ease into the changing season with clarity, calm, and renewed balance.

Fleur van Hille

I’m often described as a warm and intuitive teacher, and what I love most about yoga is the sense of connection it brings — with yourself, with others, and with the world around you. A retreat offers the perfect space for this connection to unfold more deeply. Surrounded by nature and like-minded people, conversations open naturally, emotions find expression, and new insights arise.

Each morning begins in stillness with guided breathwork, meditation, or visualisation, followed by a gentle yet energising vinyasa flow, drawing on the calm and energy of a fresh new day. In the afternoons, the pace slows, allowing time to explore practices more deeply and to rest through restorative or yin yoga, or yoga nidra — sometimes enriched with mantras, music, or stories from mythology. This rhythm of movement, reflection, and rest creates a space for balance, clarity, and a renewed sense of presence throughout the retreat.

Inner Glow

Inner Glow

All Level ✺ 16- 22 August 2026 ✺ Olea, Rieti, Italy

The height of summer invites us to slow down and soak in its golden warmth. Under the season of Leo — the sign of heart, radiance, courage and self-expression — nature reaches its fullest bloom, and so can we. August becomes an invitation to expand, reconnect with our inner light, and shine with ease.

This retreat offers a pause from daily rush, nestled among rolling hills, ancient olive trees, and the quiet beauty of the Italian countryside. If you’ve been carrying too much or moving too fast, consider this your call to rest — to return to yourself, rediscover your inner glow, and restore balance between energy and stillness.

Through mindful practice, rest, and connection, we’ll explore how to live from our centre, cultivating a steady radiance within and around us. Mornings will open with vibrant vinyasa; afternoons will soften into Yin, restorative yoga, and Yoga Nidra. Meditation and breathwork will guide you toward clarity and calm. Between sessions, there’s time to simply be — wander the olive groves, rest in the shade, sunbathe by the pool, write, dream, and watch the light shift across the landscape.

Come exactly as you are — a place of warmth, ease, and heartfelt connection awaits you.

Vera Bettiol Vera is an E-RYT 500 YA certified yoga instructor & former YTT lead. Vera is specialized in Vinyasa, Yin Yoga, Hormone Yoga Therapy (HYT), Meditation, EFT and crystal bowl sound-healing.

Ease into Autumn

Ease into Autumn

All Level ✺ 4- 10 October 2026 ✺ Olea, Rieti, Italy

A week of yoga, connection and inner steadiness in motion

Life is always moving; through seasons, through shifts in our minds and bodies, through the different roles and rhythms we find ourselves in. Practicing yoga in flow is a powerful way to reflect and embody how we move through life itself: adjusting, responding, staying open, and finding steadiness within change.

This retreat is an invitation to explore what it means to flow, both on the mat and in your daily life. Through dynamic vinyasa yoga sessions, partner practices, mantra singing, and calmer afternoon sessions, we’ll explore the different layers of flow: physical, emotional, and energetic.

Rather than resisting change or holding tension, we learn to meet each moment with presence and flexibility. We’ll use yoga as a practical tool to reconnect to the part of us that remains steady, even when life feels fast, full or uncertain.

There will be space for reflection and sharing, to move forward in life with more ease, trust, and a sense of freedom.

This retreat is for anyone who wants to reconnect with themselves, build resilience, and rediscover the natural rhythm between effort and ease — between structure and flow.

Fleur van Hille
People often describe me as a warm and sunny person with an intuitive approach to teaching yoga. I like hearing this description because it shows that I’ve made a real connection with my students. And if there’s one thing about yoga that I love the most and which characterises my classes, workshops and retreats, it’s the feeling of being connected.

A retreat offers us the possibility of a truly profound experience of yoga. Surrounded by nature and among like-minded people from every corner of the world, a unique journey unfolds. Conversations open up, emotions are untapped, and discoveries are made…

In the quiet of each morning, we begin our yoga practice in stillness, taking time to anchor our awareness in the present moment through a guided breathing exercise, a meditation or visualisation. Then, drawing on the energy of the rising sun and the freshness of a brand-new day, I lead you through a vinyasa flow that is both gentle and energising.

During the dip in energy that tends to follow lunchtime, the sessions slow down, allowing for a deeper exploration of the techniques and practices encountered earlier in the day. There’s also plenty of time for sinking into a profound state of relaxation with restorative or yin yoga, or even yoga nidra (yogic sleep) – sometimes accompanied by mantras, music, or myths.

Awakened Heart

Awakened Heart

All Level ✺ 7 - 12 April 2026 ✺ La Viñuela, Andalusia, Spain

One of Yoga’s promises is to help us rediscover a space inside of ourselves that is beyond all sorrow ~ a joy or contentment that has literally no opposite; that can accompany us in all of life’s trials and tribulations, offering that promised space of peace and ease, the internal sweetness that will stand alongside us in what is, at times, undeniably hard.

Part of this rediscovery is in remembering the language and luminosity of the heart.

This retreat is an invitation to journey deep, deep within, into the cave of the heart, where the light of your own soul, the knowing of your inner teacher can begin to reveal itself to you. If you have felt at a crossroads, stuck in confusion or overwhelm, or simply find yourself at a place where you seek a deeper source of nourishment, then the work of the heart might be for you.

Together we’ll weave the wisdom bodies of Yoga, Ayurveda, Tantra & neuroscience into our week through contemplation, exploration of source wisdom and embodied practice where we can live in the question of “how do mind and heart meet?”

Mornings will comprise of a complete practice (asana, pranayama & meditation) that weave Yogic philosophy & understanding into the fabric of the experience. The afternoons will alternate between the restorative practices that help us to balance & regulate the nervous system, inviting deep rest into the cells of the body (Yoga Nidra, Yin Yoga, Sound Healing) and, or workshops that provide an opportunity to further unpack the teachings of Yoga and delve deeper into the heart.

Journalling and self enquiry will play an important role in our time together, as a means to spark greater clarity, growth and transformation. Mantra will also feature across the week as a way to further nurture & nourish the experience.

All levels are welcome – the only requirement is a curious heart.

Chrissie Chung

Chrissie Chung is a student and teacher of the Himalayan Tradition. She has been studying, practicing and sharing Yoga extensively for 10+ years.

Her heart is firmly rooted in sharing the far-reaching potential of practice, using its various tools as a means to serve the individual in finding their own unique way to rediscover their truest essence.

She offers the richness of Yoga, Ayurveda and Tantra intertwined in a way that invites you to embrace your practice as a spiritual science. Move with purpose, breathe with wisdom and begin the journey of turning your attention inwards, returning to a state of Being that is inherently whole.

Expect deep practices that are woven together with philosophy, intelligent use of the breath, self study, contemplation & meditation.

Space to breathe

Space to breathe

All Level ✺ 19- 25 April 2026 ✺ Olea, Rieti, Italy

Our capacity to breathe is our capacity to feel.  It is our capacity to live in this world and be sensitive.  Our breath is our most primal connection to life.  It is through our breath that spirit moves through us.

Join Imogen for a week of diving deep into your respiratory system, exploring each day a different part of your body’s breathing apparatus that will increase your lung capacity.   As we open up these different breath doorways in the body you will, in turn, open the pathways in the body to receive consciousness.  You will begin to understand that what you take in on your breath becomes your tissues.  You will use your breath to create spaces in your energy channels.  These energy channels acting like transformation highways as the breath gives life to a bright, free, awakened you.

Each morning will include a deep transformational vinyasa practice interwoven with meditations, self-enquiry, myofascial release and different pranayama (breath techniques).  Each evening you can join a lunar practice which will be either yin or restorative (or a combination of the two).  There will also be plenty of down-time to pause, to rest or to enjoy the sights and sounds of the local area.

Imogen North

Imogen hails from London, England and is now based in Harpenden, Hertfordshire.  She trained initially under the expert eye of Katy Appleton and primarily teaches Yin and dynamic Vinyasa flow descended from the Krishnamacharya lineage.

Imogen enhanced her teaching becoming one of Judith Hanson Lasater’s Relax and Renew® certified restorative yoga teachers and continues to train with her teacher Tiffany Cruikshank towards her Yoga Medicine® Therapeutic Specialist certification.

Imogen is passionate about helping people make changes in their lives. Her teaching fuses anatomy, physiology and biomechanics with traditional Eastern yogic practices; tantra, ritual, and a deep reverence for nature.

Imogen’s teaching honours the lineages of all of her teachers and through her teaching she hopes to inspire possibility and encourage self-awareness, awakening your authentic creativity as a yoga practitioner in the modern world. Imogen fiercely believes that yoga is for everyone, that it is a vital tradition that transcends all race and religion, fundamental in all of our lives more so now than ever before.

Ground & Grow

Ground & Grow

All Level ✺ 21- 26 February 2026 ✺ La Viñuela, Spain

By late February, we begin to sense a shift. Winter is still present, but subtle signs of change are in the air. It’s a time of transition. This in-between space invites us to pause, to tend to ourselves, and to prepare for what’s next.

This week is designed to nourish you, and to support you in finding steadiness in the midst of change. Through grounding practices and moments of deep rest, we create space to reconnect with ourselves, with nature, and with each other.

Mornings will begin with dynamic vinyasa yoga to move energy, wake the body, and build strength and clarity. These sessions are energising yet accessible, helping you feel more spacious, present, and alive.

In the afternoons, we’ll slow down. Practices like yoga nidra, restorative yoga, and mantra singing will support deep relaxation and emotional release. These quieter moments allow us to soften, listen inwards, and restore balance.

As we spend time away from the noise of daily life, there’s room to listen to what’s truly nourishes us. This will help us prepare for the season ahead with more clarity, calm, and connection.

Sacred Beginnings

Sacred Beginnings

All Level ✺ 26- 31 January 2026 ✺

Was ist dein Fokus?

Magnetic Autumn

Magnetic Autumn

All Level ✺ 19- 25 October 2025, ✺ Olea, Rieti, Italy

This Retreat is a unique experience to slow down, to rest, to reconnect with nature & to reconnect to yourself.

As we will be surrounded by nature, fresh air and the sound of the wind rustling the leaves, we will bring creative ways to weave yoga and self care into our everyday lives – calm, gentle, harmonious and nurturing as the healing of autumn season is. This week blends the symbolic power of the new moon with its energy of new beginnings and the start of a new season ~ Scorpio season ~ with its receptive, intuitive, and magnetic energy, with themes of creativity, emotional depth and deep introspection.

Picture starting your day with energizing and mindful vinyasa flow attuned to lunar rhythms, gentle breathwork, guided meditation and connecting in heartfelt community and then finishing your day with nourishing practices that can includes yoga nidra, restorative yoga and yin yoga where we will reach a place of quiet and calm.

As the crisp autumn air ushers in the season of change you’ll immerse in meaningful practices and personal reflection that help release old energies and cultivate fresh intentions. We will experience the healing powers of yoga on different levels to nourish body, mind and soul by grounding into the rhythms of Autumn.

When  we combined yoga with the season and the lunar wisdom, the result is a potent synergy of stillness, self-discovery, and shared empowerment where we unlock an incredibly powerful tool to realign with ourselves and everything that surrounds us and we create shared moments that connect us as human beings. Simply come and be.

A Culinary & Yoga Retreat

A Culinary & Yoga Retreat //
Last days of Summer - fully booked

All Level ✺ 23- 29 Oktober 2025 ✺ Casa Erica, Málaga, Spain

Our signature Yoga & Culinary Retreats are perfect for those interested in plant- based cuisine eager to learn more or simply get inspired.

Set in the warm, late-October sun of southern Spain, this retreat offers a chance to extend the feeling of summer just a little longer. While the crisp air of autumn is settling in across northern Europe, here the climate remains mild, giving you the perfect environment to recharge and relax. The peaceful surroundings—just steps from the beach—will help you reconnect with a sense of calm and lightness.

Each morning, we start the day with a grounding practice, combining breathing and guided meditation to center ourselves. From there, we move into a gentle vinyasa flow, designed to energize you while taking advantage of the warmth of the season.

In the afternoons, there’s time for relaxation with restorative yoga or yoga nidra (yogic sleep). With the ocean nearby, the natural rhythm of the surroundings enhances your sense of calm and relaxation. We’ll also explore aspects of yoga philosophy to offer practical insights, while mantras will deepen your connection to yourself. Mythology will be used as a light and fun way to reflect on universal themes and personal growth.

Join us to peacefully digest what came before, and ease into the changing season with clarity, relaxation, and a renewed sense of balance. This retreat is the perfect way to reset and enjoy the last days of summer before the winter months begin.

Conversations open up, emotions are untapped, and discoveries are made.
