Pilates: Momentum

Momentum

All Level ✺ 9- 15 April 2026 ✺ Casa Erica, Málaga, Spain

Momentum is a week of intelligent, focused movement designed to realign your body, improve how you move, build strength, and deepen your connection to your practice. Each day explores a core Pilates principle — breath, alignment, centring, control, precision, and flow — through Pilates and functional strength training, all with one intention: balance. Grounded strength with ease. Softness with power. Purpose with awareness.

Over the week, you’ll develop stability, clarity, and confidence as you understand your movement patterns more deeply. Momentum also creates space to slow down, breathe, and reconnect with your own rhythm.

Mornings begin with energising Pilates-based sessions that awaken the body and centre the mind through alignment-focused, core-driven, functional movement, building toward dynamic full-body flow. These sessions set a grounded, strong, and clear tone for the day.

Evenings shift into a slower, more restorative space with gentle mobility, myofascial stretching, and guided relaxation to release tension and integrate the day’s work — a chance to soften, find stillness, and restore balance.

Seanal Yu

Born in Seoul and based in Berlin, Seanal Yu is a Pilates and Strength coach with a background in contemporary dance.

She is currently the ON Ambassador for Germany and leads the team at Studio HAGIUS.

With over 18 years of experience in athletics, dance, and bodywork, Seanal’s teaching blends science and creativity—helping people move with confidence, fluidity, and purpose. She combines athletic precision with artistic expression, offering a distinctive approach to movement that builds both strength and awareness.

Her work has led to collaborations with brands such as Lululemon, ON, Aarke, Highsnobiety, and Zalando. Across her projects, Seanal continues to bridge performance, wellness, and design—creating inclusive spaces where movement becomes a form of connection and exploration.

Awakened Heart

Awakened Heart

All Level ✺ 7 - 12 April 2026 ✺ La Viñuela, Andalusia, Spain

One of Yoga’s promises is to help us rediscover a space inside of ourselves that is beyond all sorrow ~ a joy or contentment that has literally no opposite; that can accompany us in all of life’s trials and tribulations, offering that promised space of peace and ease, the internal sweetness that will stand alongside us in what is, at times, undeniably hard.

Part of this rediscovery is in remembering the language and luminosity of the heart.

This retreat is an invitation to journey deep, deep within, into the cave of the heart, where the light of your own soul, the knowing of your inner teacher can begin to reveal itself to you. If you have felt at a crossroads, stuck in confusion or overwhelm, or simply find yourself at a place where you seek a deeper source of nourishment, then the work of the heart might be for you.

Together we’ll weave the wisdom bodies of Yoga, Ayurveda, Tantra & neuroscience into our week through contemplation, exploration of source wisdom and embodied practice where we can live in the question of “how do mind and heart meet?”

Mornings will comprise of a complete practice (asana, pranayama & meditation) that weave Yogic philosophy & understanding into the fabric of the experience. The afternoons will alternate between the restorative practices that help us to balance & regulate the nervous system, inviting deep rest into the cells of the body (Yoga Nidra, Yin Yoga, Sound Healing) and, or workshops that provide an opportunity to further unpack the teachings of Yoga and delve deeper into the heart.

Journalling and self enquiry will play an important role in our time together, as a means to spark greater clarity, growth and transformation. Mantra will also feature across the week as a way to further nurture & nourish the experience.

All levels are welcome – the only requirement is a curious heart.

Chrissie Chung

Chrissie Chung is a student and teacher of the Himalayan Tradition. She has been studying, practicing and sharing Yoga extensively for 10+ years.

Her heart is firmly rooted in sharing the far-reaching potential of practice, using its various tools as a means to serve the individual in finding their own unique way to rediscover their truest essence.

She offers the richness of Yoga, Ayurveda and Tantra intertwined in a way that invites you to embrace your practice as a spiritual science. Move with purpose, breathe with wisdom and begin the journey of turning your attention inwards, returning to a state of Being that is inherently whole.

Expect deep practices that are woven together with philosophy, intelligent use of the breath, self study, contemplation & meditation.

Being in motion

Being in Motion

All Level ✺ 12- 17 April 2026 ✺ La Viñuela, Andalusia, Spain

Fresh perspectives

Fresh perspectives

Intermediate ✺ 26 April- 2 May 2026 ✺ Olea, Rieti, Italy

A week of shared practice, reflection, and fresh perspective

Immerse yourself in the flow of the retreat, sharing practice and finding fresh perspectives to carry forwards.

Through the tools and techniques of yoga, we’ll explore presence and awareness, noticing how these qualities extend beyond the mat into our daily lives. This retreat offers a sanctuary to reset and reconnect — through movement, self-inquiry, and community. Unplug to recharge, build meaningful connections with like-minded souls, and gather fresh energy for the season ahead.

We’ll cultivate balance in body and mind through a thoughtful blend of Vinyasa, Yin, and self-care practices. Workshops invite you to go deeper, build confidence, and discover new insights to integrate into your practice at home.

Each morning begins with dynamic flow, encouraging you to explore your own potential and possibility. Evening sessions invite a slower pace — restorative, Yin, and Myofascial release practices designed to nurture, unwind, and restore.

Léa Hatahet
Léa is from France – she lived in Japan and Dubai during her studies and then moved to Brussels, where she has been teaching yoga for the last 4 years. A lifelong lover of movement, she discovered yoga in 2015 after years of practicing track and field and several injuries.

In recognising that weA are all unique, Léa seeks to support her students by meeting them where they are. She encourages exploring movements and options to suit individual bodies and experiences. Over the last 2 years, Léa has completed her 300-hour Awakening Yoga training with Patrick Beach and Carling Harps. Teaching both vinyasa and yin with an insight into intelligent sequencing and mobility, she will help you to make your way to more advanced poses, find a free and open practice or equally slow down through a safe, supportive, and step-by-step approach.

When not teaching, Léa loves hiking, taking pictures, visiting neighbourhood coffee shops and exploring movement in various forms.

More about Léa

Paul McConnell
Paul teaches Awakening Yoga which is a progressive yoga system with an emphasis on ritual and self inquiry.

He discovered yoga initially whilst working as a nurse, being quite physically active but not proactively looking after his body. From there he discovered everything else that the practice has to offer. As a teacher he has continued to develop his understanding through Advanced teacher training, breath work with The Oxygen Advantage, mobility approaches with FRC and training with his own coaches and teachers.

Everyone is welcome to classes designed to offer a complete practice encouraging personal exploration, potentiality, and freedom of movement.

Mind and body are connected and Paul believes that a consistent, physical practice can positively impact other areas of your life and wellbeing.

Space to breathe

Space to breathe

All Level ✺ 19- 25 April 2026 ✺ Olea, Rieti, Italy

Our capacity to breathe is our capacity to feel.  It is our capacity to live in this world and be sensitive.  Our breath is our most primal connection to life.  It is through our breath that spirit moves through us.

Join Imogen for a week of diving deep into your respiratory system, exploring each day a different part of your body’s breathing apparatus that will increase your lung capacity.   As we open up these different breath doorways in the body you will, in turn, open the pathways in the body to receive consciousness.  You will begin to understand that what you take in on your breath becomes your tissues.  You will use your breath to create spaces in your energy channels.  These energy channels acting like transformation highways as the breath gives life to a bright, free, awakened you.

Each morning will include a deep transformational vinyasa practice interwoven with meditations, self-enquiry, myofascial release and different pranayama (breath techniques).  Each evening you can join a lunar practice which will be either yin or restorative (or a combination of the two).  There will also be plenty of down-time to pause, to rest or to enjoy the sights and sounds of the local area.

Imogen North

Imogen hails from London, England and is now based in Harpenden, Hertfordshire.  She trained initially under the expert eye of Katy Appleton and primarily teaches Yin and dynamic Vinyasa flow descended from the Krishnamacharya lineage.

Imogen enhanced her teaching becoming one of Judith Hanson Lasater’s Relax and Renew® certified restorative yoga teachers and continues to train with her teacher Tiffany Cruikshank towards her Yoga Medicine® Therapeutic Specialist certification.

Imogen is passionate about helping people make changes in their lives. Her teaching fuses anatomy, physiology and biomechanics with traditional Eastern yogic practices; tantra, ritual, and a deep reverence for nature.

Imogen’s teaching honours the lineages of all of her teachers and through her teaching she hopes to inspire possibility and encourage self-awareness, awakening your authentic creativity as a yoga practitioner in the modern world. Imogen fiercely believes that yoga is for everyone, that it is a vital tradition that transcends all race and religion, fundamental in all of our lives more so now than ever before.

A Culinary & Yoga Retreat

A Culinary & Yoga Retreat //
Rooted in Presence

All Level ✺ 16- 22 April 2026 ✺ Casa Erica, Málaga, Spain

Our signature Yoga & Culinary Retreats are perfect for those interested in plant- based cuisine eager to learn more or simply get inspired.

Whether you’re seeking inspiration, renewal, or a deeper sense of presence, this retreat offers tools to carry your practice off the mat and into your everyday life.

We’ll begin each morning in silence – with breath and meditation – to gently arrive in the day. Then we move into an extended Jivamukti class, where breath, movement, music, and intention meet in a space of exploration and stillness.

Afternoons are yours: rest, journal, walk, connect—or simply do nothing. Later in the day, we’ll come together again for an Asana Lab: a space to refine alignment, ask questions, and deepen your embodied understanding of the practice.

Throughout the retreat, we’ll stay open to something deeper than theory. Because real, lasting progress doesn’t come from concepts—it comes from returning to the mat, again and again. Not to perfect the poses, but to cultivate presence. To meet life and ourselves with clarity, grace, and a steady heart.

Rooted in Presence is about what happens when we stop chasing something outside of ourselves and begin paying attention.

What does it mean to really be here? And how can we return to our daily lives carrying the presence we’ve cultivated, so that practice becomes not just something we do, but the way we live?

Just come as you are and let the practice do its work.

Lamina Vedder

Lamina was born in the United States, with roots in Germany, Thailand, and Hong Kong, and spent most of her upbringing between Thailand and Germany. She first encountered yoga in 2010, during a time of personal hardship, and was deeply touched by its transformative power.

Teaching since 2020, Lamina shares Ashtanga and Jivamukti Yoga with gratitude for the many teachers and trainings that have guided her along the way. The heart of her practice and teaching, however, has been most profoundly shaped by the 300-hour Jivamukti Yoga Teacher Training in India with her mentor Juan Sierra.

With a dedicated personal practice rooted in Ashtanga and Jivamukti Yoga, Lamina’s classes combine strength and mindfulness, guided by well-curated playlists and supported through thoughtful hands-on assists. Her teaching style is intentional and compassionate, encouraging students to connect more deeply with their own practice—both on and beyond the mat.

Her classes are currently offered at the Jivamukti Yoga Center in Cologne, YTTP, and A Place Like Om.

The Power of Presence

The Power of Presence

Intermediate ✺ 27 April- 3 May 2025 ✺ Olea, Rieti, Italy

about the place
It doesn’t seem possible that Olea is less than an hour’s drive from the crowded streets of Rome. With lush, abundant grounds of its own, along with a natural spring and a magnificent wooden yoga platform which overlooks the valley below, this is a truly magical place that’s ideal for spiritual practice, slowing down, and plunging oneself into nature. Inner Balance

Inner Balance - fully booked

13- 19 April 2025, ✺ Olea, Rieti, Italy

Yoga calls for us to turn inward and meet what awaits us with an open heart. In this week-long retreat, you will be guided to meet your inner self with kindness and compassion, moving out of your head and into your heart through practices that encourage lightness, reflection, and deep rest.

Each morning, we’ll flow through a vinyasa practice that is both gentle and energizing, inspired by the joy we can generate simply through movement.

In the afternoons, we will take deep rest with restorative yoga and yoga nidra, and we’ll explore the vibrational healing of singing mantra.

These practices allow us to enter a stillness in which we can see ourselves and our circumstances with greater clarity.

Sharing circles will allow time for deeper teachings and reflection on the waves that arise throughout the week. As our time together unfolds and deep practice with these tools becomes second nature, you will uncover new insights about yourself and how you want to move forward into the world.

You will find that in returning to the stillness within over and again, it becomes a more accessible place. Slowly, the sense of calm you find there will begin to reach into other aspects of your life, leaving more room for the abundant joy that comes from living fully rooted in compassion. Above all, you will discover that freedom from worry doesn’t come from controlling your outer world, but from a sense of inner stillness that is accessible to anyone willing to find it.

Fleur van Hille
People often describe me as a warm and sunny person with an intuitive approach to teaching yoga. I like hearing this description because it shows that I’ve made a real connection with my students. And if there’s one thing about yoga that I love the most and which characterises my classes, workshops and retreats, it’s the feeling of being connected.
A retreat offers us the possibility of a truly profound experience of yoga. Surrounded by nature and among like-minded people from every corner of the world, a unique journey unfolds. Conversations open up, emotions are untapped, and discoveries are made.
In the quiet of each morning, we begin our yoga practice in stillness, taking time to anchor our awareness in the present moment through a guided breathing exercise, a meditation or visualisation. Then, drawing on the energy of the rising sun and the freshness of a brand-new day, I lead you through a vinyasa flow that is both gentle and energising.
During the dip in energy that tends to follow lunchtime, the sessions slow down, allowing for a deeper exploration of the techniques and practices encountered earlier in the day. There’s also plenty of time for sinking into a profound state of relaxation with restorative or yin yoga, or even yoga nidra (yogic sleep) – sometimes accompanied by mantras, music, or myths.

Warrior within

The Warrior within

All Level ✺ 20.- 25. April 2025 ✺
La Viñuela, Andalusia, Spain

This retreat is about tapping into your warrior potential.  Often in life what really holds us back from our own power is our fears.

Join us for a week of cultivation.  We will be learning how to move from fear to faith.  Cultivating the mind and body of the spiritual warrior, rising above our own limitations, remaining unattached to the outcomes of life circumstances, staying centered and physically, mentally and emotionally.
Through the week we will explore three pathways; action, devotion and knowledge.  You will begin to connect to the strength, stability and power that already lies within you leaving the week standing strong in your true self.    As you return to the battlefield we call life you will be empowered to live a life of integrity and truth, embracing your full warrior potential.
Each morning will include a strong vinyasa practice interwoven with yoga mythology, meditations, self-enquiry, and goddess ritual.  Each evening you can join a lunar practice which will be either yin or restorative in nature (or a combination of the two).  There will also be plenty of down-time to pause, to rest or to enjoy the sights and sounds of the local area

Imogen North
Imogen hails from London, England and is now based in Harpenden, Hertfordshire.  She trained initially under the expert eye of Katy Appleton and primarily teaches Yin and dynamic Vinyasa flow descended from the Krishnamacharya lineage.

Imogen has enhanced her teaching and is now certified with Yoga Medicine ® as one of their Therapeutic Specialist.  She also has trained with Judith Hanson Lasater to become a Relax and Renew® certified restorative yoga teacher.

Grounded Soul
