Strengthen, lengthen and realign your body in a transformative Pilates Reformer Retreat designed to bring you back into balance.

This retreat offers an immersive blend of mindful movement, personalised reformer sessions, breath-led flow and restorative rest. Guided by experienced teachers, each class is thoughtfully crafted to support your posture, core stability and functional strength — all while keeping the practice accessible for every level.

With 8 Reformers available, we’ll create two small groups so we can accommodate different levels of experience. This ensures that beginners feel supported, while more experienced practitioners are challenged in a way that helps them grow. Each guest will enjoy two Reformer classes per day, allowing plenty of time to build strength, refine technique and fully immerse in the practice.

Beyond the studio, you’ll enjoy nourishing food, calming surroundings and space to reconnect with yourself. Whether you’re looking to deepen your Pilates practice, build sustainable strength, or simply take time for your wellbeing, this retreat invites you to slow down, reset and return home feeling lighter, stronger and inspired.

Maia Joseph

Maia Joseph is a professional dancer from Toronto, Canada. With over ten years of stage, film and teaching experience, becoming a fitness and Pilates instructor developed naturally. Her background in movement has given her a deeper understanding of the body, and she is passionate about using her knowledge and musicality to enrich the experience of those who train with her.
After completing her modern reformer training in 2025, she found a way to incorporate her dance knowledge into her fitness and Pilates courses, creating more well rounded and thoughtfully curated classes.
It is important to her that each person feels acknowledged. She strives to take time to check in with her students on a day to day basis to better understand if any modifications are needed, and to adapt her energy accordingly throughout the class.

You can expect to be uplifted with exercises that challenge and strengthen both the body, and the mind.

The Inner Voice is an invitation to sense rather than think. To move with awareness. To meet yourself beyond the stories and connect to your intuition.

Most of us are so busy and distracted that we’ve become disconnected from our inner voice – our gut feeling. During this retreat we will rediscover the whisper beneath the thoughts and connect to the subtle intelligence within.

As we journey inward through the practices of yoga and breathwork, we open the space where intuition, clarity and creativity flow naturally — guided not by doing, but by being.

We’ll start the mornings in silence, moving into meditation, pranayama and a Jivamukti asana practice. Classes will be fuelled by carefully curated playlists, chanting and reflection to energize and strengthen. Our afternoon practice will focus on breathing, moving, softening. We will explore breathwork and movement techniques, allowing us to experience and understand both our bodies as well as our inner landscape in new ways.

Katharina Seeger

Katharina is curious, creative and always interested in building connection. In her classes, you can expect dynamic asana, carefully curated music, along with mantra, breathing exercises, and hands-on assists. Throughout, there is a focus on connecting to the breath, exploring alignment, and diving into meditation techniques. Her classes blend challenging asana practice with spirituality, helping people reconnect with their essence. Katharina discovered Jivamukti Yoga in 2011, has been studying the method ever since and teaching for more than ten years. She completed her INTESOMA breathwork certification in 2023 and lives in Cologne with her son and husband.

Manchmal verläuft unser Lebensweg nicht nur in Schritten „nach vorn“, sondern auch im Zurückblicken und Innehalten. Surrender to Rise lädt dich ein, für eine Woche ganz loszulassen – alte Muster, Erwartungen und das ständige Müssen – um in der Tiefe deines Seins Ruhe, Vertrauen und neue Kraft zu finden. Es geht um das Zulassen, das Dich-Hineinfallen in das, was ist.

Durch kraftvolle Vinyasa-Flow-Klassen mit vielen Hands-on-Assists, Meditation, Atem, Stille und Naturerfahrungen entsteht Raum, um wirklich anzukommen. Surrender bedeutet für mich vor allem Hingabe an dich selbst – darin möchte ich dich bestärken und dich während des Retreats begleiten. Es ist der Mut, auch das Unbequeme zu fühlen und das Ungewisse zuzulassen, um dahinter etwas Wahrhaftiges zu entdecken.

In diesem Prozess lernst du, dich selbst zu halten – statt dich festzuhalten. Surrender to Rise ist eine Reise zu deiner inneren Quelle, damit du deine Kräfte bündeln und vielleicht über dich selbst hinauswachsen kannst.

Am Nachmittag widmen wir uns in Asana-Workshops einzelnen Haltungen ganz bewusst. Mindestens einmal lassen wir in einer restorativen Praxis los oder chanten gemeinsam Mantren.

Miriam Hunyadi

Miriam praktiziert Yoga seit 2008 und hat ihre Reise über Hot Yoga, Hatha, Vinyasa Flow bis hin zu Ashtanga Vinyasa gemacht. Besonders begeistert sie die innere Ruhe und Kraft, die eine regelmäßige Praxis mit sich bringt. Sie hat Ausbildungen im Vinyasa Flow und im traditionellen Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga abgeschlossen, einschließlich Mudras, Bandhas und Pranayama-Techniken. Ihre Erfahrung und die tiefen Einsichten, die sie auf diesem Weg gewonnen hat, fließen in ihren Unterricht ein, um den Schüler:innen nicht nur körperliche, sondern auch geistige und spirituelle Impulse zu geben. Miriam unterrichtet in verschiedenen Studios in Wien und Umgebung und verbindet ihre Liebe zur Natur mit der Freude am Reisen – besonders an ungewöhnliche Orte. Auch ihre Ukulele begleitet sie oft, denn sie liebt es, mit Musik und Begegnungen neue Perspektiven zu gewinnen. Ihr Motto lautet: „Life is your teacher, and yoga is soul education.“

We spend so much time being busy and doing things that we sometimes forget how to take a break, slow down, and simply be. The Japanese concept of Ma describes a pause in time, an interval or emptiness in space. Ma is the time and space life needs to breathe, to feel and connect. If we have no time, if our space is restricted, we cannot grow. This universal principle applies to every aspect of life. Together, we will create a space in between – a space to pause, to move, to breathe, to feel and to listen within.

As we move into summer, this retreat allows us to pause and harness the magic of transition for ourselves.
You’re invited to come as you are and reconnect to your true being. The breath connecting mind and body, a powerful bridge to unlock the wisdom our body holds for us.

We prepared a finely curated program for you, combining Jivamukti yoga, breathwork and meditation, aiming to strengthen and soften.
Inspired by the chakra system, our practices will allow us to open, clear and energise. So you can come back to you.

We’ll start the mornings with Jivamukti Yoga. Classes will be fuelled by passionately curated playlists, chanting, dharma and of course vigorous asana practice. Our afternoon practice will focus on the breath. We will explore pranayama and breathwork techniques, allowing us to experience and understand our bodies in a different way.

Katharina is an advanced certified Jivamukti Yoga Teacher. She is curious, creative and always interested in building connection.
In her classes, you can expect dynamic asana, carefully curated playlists, along with mantra, breathing exercises, and hands-on assists. Throughout, there is a focus on connecting to philosophy, exploring alignment, and diving into meditation techniques. Her classes blend challenging asana practice with spirituality, helping people reconnect with their essence. Katharina discovered Jivamukti Yoga in 2011, has been studying the method ever since and teaching for more than ten years. A few years ago she discovered breathwork and decided to train with Christine Schmid and Connie Biesalski, so she could make the power of breathing accessible for others.

Taste and Flavor
Discover how you can refine everyday dishes and give them bold, dynamic flavors using simple techniques. In this workshop, you will learn how to make flavored oils, create versatile sauces and dressings, and use spices and herbs to their full potential.

Preserving, Pickling, and Fermenting
We will learn five different methods of preservation. These techniques help retain nutrients, intensify flavors, and allow you to enjoy seasonal produce year-round. Additionally, you will reduce food waste and save money.

Pasta Making: Hands-On Experience
In this workshop, you’ll learn how to easily make fresh, homemade pasta in the Italian style. Together, we will prepare three different types of pasta and dive deep into the art of pasta-making.

Katharina Kozel

Katharina ist Advanced Certified Jivamukti Yogalehrerin und lebt in Wien und Berlin, wo sie ihre Leidenschaft für Jivamukti Yoga als ganzheitliche und heilsame Praxis entdeckte. Jivamukti Yoga half ihr Werkzeuge zu finden, Balance in ihrem Beruf und im Lebensalltag zu finden und ihren Alltag auch als wesentlichen Teil ihrer Yogapraxis zu verstehen. Denn Yoga geht für sie weit über die körperliche Praxis hinaus und das ist, was sie leidenschaftlich mit dir in ihren Yoga Einheiten teilt.

Katharina hat 2023 ihrer Passion einen Raum und Namen gegeben: Sie ist Co-Founder von Mynd Yoga, dem ersten Yogastudio in Wien, das sich auf Jivamukti Yoga spezialisiert hat. Mit Mynd Yoga und in ihren Klassen möchte Katharina als Gemeinschaft Raum für eine Reise des Wachstums, des Erlebens und der Freude an Yoga „on-and-off the mat“ schaffen.

Unsere  Yoga- & Culinary-Retreats sind für alle, die sich für die vegane Küche interessieren, mehr darüber lernen möchten oder einfach nur Inspiration suchen.

Sonnenschein auf deiner Haut, eine sanfte Meeresbrise, die durch dein Haar weht – der Sommer zeigt sich von seiner schönsten Seite. Der längste Tag des Jahres steht kurz bevor, und alles fühlt sich lebendig, bunt und frei an. Die Natur ist in Hochform, wild und farbenfroh – genau wie wir.

Dieses Retreat ist deine Einladung, mehr Leichtigkeit, Freiheit und ein tiefes Gefühl von Verbundenheit in dein Leben zu bringen.

Wir starten jeden Morgen mit kraftvollen Vinyasa-Flow-Sessions, die dir helfen, Altes abzuwerfen und Platz für Neues zu schaffen. Dein „Monkey Mind“ – unser rastloser Kopf – kommt dabei zur Ruhe, klarer und fokussierter. Mit Pranayama und Meditation tauchen wir tiefer in die Stille ein und öffnen uns für Neues.

In den Asana-Workshops vertiefst du deine Yoga-Praxis, und beim gemeinsamen Chanten entsteht eine besondere Verbindung – zu dir selbst, zur Natur und zur warmherzigen Community vor Ort.

Denise Bürlein

Denise ist Yogalehrerin in Wien und bietet dort regelmäßig Klassen sowie Workshops an und unterrichtet bei Teacher Trainings. Seit fast acht Jahren teilt sie ihre Leidenschaft für Yoga und hatte das Glück, von verschiedenen internationalen Lehrer:innen zu lernen.
Ihre 300h Ausbildung absolvierte sie 2020 bei Mathieu Boldron, was sie tief inspiriert hat.

Zum Yoga ist Denise damals gekommen, als sie sich überwältigt gefühlt hat. Alles war zu viel, zu laut, zu schnell.
Yoga hat ihr vor allem beigebracht, Ruhe zu finden – vor allem in stressigen Zeiten.
Es hat ihr geholfen, eine neue Verbindung zu ihr selbst aufzubauen und das Loslassen zu lernen, anstatt krampfhaft festzuhalten.

Ihre Einheiten sind kraftvolle Vinyasa-Flows, die dazu einladen, eine Verbindung zu dir selbst und deiner Umgebung herzustellen.
Sie kräftigen den Körper, aber noch wichtiger: sie stärken den Geist. Das Ziel ist, loszulassen und nicht an Dingen festzuhalten.

Culinary Workshops:

In einer Reihe von drei inspirierenden Workshops nimmt Caro dich mit auf eine kulinarische Reise, bei der du grundlegende Küchenfertigkeiten erlernst und wertvolle Einblicke gewinnst. Mit ihrer umfassenden Erfahrung in der veganen Küche und ihrem Fachwissen aus dem Bereich Holistic Health bieten dir diese Workshops eine einzigartige Möglichkeit, die Verbindung zwischen köstlicher, pflanzenbasierter Ernährung und ganzheitlichem Wohlbefinden zu erkunden. Während du einige von Caros Lieblingsrezepten ausprobierst, wird deine kulinarische Kreativität auf spielerische Weise entfacht und begleitet dich durch das gesamte Retreat.

Geschmäcker und Aromen
Entdecke, wie du mit einfachen Techniken alltägliche Gerichte verfeinern und ihnen kräftige, dynamische Aromen verleihen kannst. In diesem Workshop lernst du, aromatisierte Öle herzustellen, vielseitige Saucen und Dressings zu kreieren und Gewürze sowie Kräuter perfekt einzusetzen.

Haltbarmachen, Einlegen und Fermentieren

We met Caro in 2021 and it was a match! Since then Caro cooked for many of our Retreat groups a creative, detailed, diverse and always very beautifully presented menu. It is both: healthy & delicious.

Do you ever feel pulled in a hundred directions, caught in the rush of daily life? This retreat offers you a chance to pause, rise above the noise, and reconnect with your inner joy. As you move from your head to your heart, you’ll awaken the lightness and wisdom that’s always been within you.

Each morning, we’ll rise together with a gentle vinyasa practice, set to uplifting music that energizes your spirit and sparks joy in your movement. These sessions will help you feel alive and connected to the vibrant energy of your body. You’ll practice in our open-air yoga shala, enjoying both the warmth of the sun and the coolness of the shade, with the mountains and sea providing a tranquil backdrop.

In the afternoons, we’ll slow things down with restorative yoga and Yoga Nidra, offering your mind and body the space to rest deeply. Together, we’ll explore the soothing power of mantra, letting sound vibrations lift your spirit and guide you toward stillness.

This shared journey invites you to rise with joy—an opportunity to connect with yourself, with others, and with the present moment. You’ll rediscover, as Ram Dass beautifully said: “This path of love doesn’t go anywhere. It just brings you more here, into the present moment, into the reality of who you already are.”

People often describe me as a warm and sunny person with an intuitive approach to teaching yoga. I like hearing this description because it shows that I’ve made a real connection with my students. And if there’s one thing about yoga that I love the most and which characterises my classes, workshops and retreats, it’s the feeling of being connected.
A retreat offers us the possibility of a truly profound experience of yoga. Surrounded by nature and among like-minded people from every corner of the world, a unique journey unfolds. Conversations open up, emotions are untapped, and discoveries are made.
In the quiet of each morning, we begin our yoga practice in stillness, taking time to anchor our awareness in the present moment through a guided breathing exercise, a meditation or visualisation. Then, drawing on the energy of the rising sun and the freshness of a brand-new day, I lead you through a vinyasa flow that is both gentle and energising.
During the dip in energy that tends to follow lunchtime, the sessions slow down, allowing for a deeper exploration of the techniques and practices encountered earlier in the day. There’s also plenty of time for sinking into a profound state of relaxation with restorative or yin yoga, or even yoga nidra (yogic sleep) – sometimes accompanied by mantras, music, or myths.

Yoga calls for us to turn inward and meet what awaits us with an open heart. In this week-long retreat, you will be guided to meet your inner self with kindness and compassion, moving out of your head and into your heart through practices that encourage lightness, reflection, and deep rest. 

Each morning, we’ll flow through a vinyasa practice that is both gentle and energizing, inspired by the joy we can generate simply through movement.

In the afternoons, we will take deep rest with restorative yoga and yoga nidra, and we’ll explore the vibrational healing of singing mantra.

These practices allow us to enter a stillness in which we can see ourselves and our circumstances with greater clarity.

Sharing circles will allow time for deeper teachings and reflection on the waves that arise throughout the week. As our time together unfolds and deep practice with these tools becomes second nature, you will uncover new insights about yourself and how you want to move forward into the world. 

You will find that in returning to the stillness within over and again, it becomes a more accessible place. Slowly, the sense of calm you find there will begin to reach into other aspects of your life, leaving more room for the abundant joy that comes from living fully rooted in compassion. Above all, you will discover that freedom from worry doesn’t come from controlling your outer world, but from a sense of inner stillness that is accessible to anyone willing to find it.

Wir starten den Tag mit einer 120-minütigen Masterclass, einer anspruchsvollen Vinyasapraxis begleitet von Mediation, Breathwork und Visualierungen. Diese dynamischen Stunden fordern dich körperlich heraus und schaffen gleichzeitig Raum für persönliches Wachstum. 

Am Nachmittag erwarten dich sanfte Mobility- und Slow-Flow-Klassen mit Yin-Elementen, Chanting und Traumreisen. Hier kannst du entspannen, loslassen und in die tieferen Schichten deines Selbst eintauchen.  

In dieser Woche schenken wir dir wertvolle Zeit, um dich wieder mit dir zu verbinden und ein Gefühl von Fülle aus deinem Inneren heraus entstehen zu lassen. Verliere dich in Tagträumen, sei auf leichte und spielerische Weise ganz du selbst und schaffe Raum für alle Facetten deines Seins.

Geprägt durch ihre frühere Zeit als Tänzerin sind ihre Klassen verspielt, dynamisch und körperlich fordernd.

In ihrem Unterricht möchte sie dir einen Raum schaffen, in dem du dich frei machen darfst von all den äußerlichen Erwartungen und dir erlauben darfst bei dir anzukommen, im Hier und Jetzt. In ihren Klassen verschmelzen Tradition und Moderne wie ein Tanz ineinander. Du tauchst über die Atmung und Bewegung zu elektronischen Klängen in deiner Zone ab. Christina bringt dich an deine körperlichen Grenzen auf eine liebevolle Art und Weise und lässt dich erkennen, dass du zu jeder Zeit in dir vollkommen bist.
