In diesem Retreat lassen wir die Grenzen zwischen uns und der Natur verschwimmen, um uns selbst neu zu entdecken. Umgeben von der Stille des Waldes tauchen wir gemeinsam in eine tiefgreifende, transformierende Erfahrung ein, die Körper, Geist und Seele berührt.

Der Wald lädt uns ein, aufmerksam zuzuhören – nicht nur den Klängen der Natur, sondern auch unserem eigenen inneren Rhythmus. Während dieser Tage tauchen wir in kraftvolle Vinyasa-Flows, achtsame Meditationen und Momente der Selbstreflexion ein. Die heilende Kraft der Natur und die intensive Yoga-Praxis bieten uns neue Perspektiven und die Möglichkeit, über die vergänglichen Aspekte des Lebens hinauszublicken und eine tiefere, beständige Verbindung zur Natur zu spüren.

Jede Bewegung und jeder Atemzug bringen dich näher zu dir selbst, während du in der Natur deine eigene innere Essenz entdeckst.

Elke Waibel

Seit über zehn Jahren teilt Elke ihre Leidenschaft für Bewegung als diplomierte Tänzerin und Yogalehrerin. Ihre Arbeit vereint all ihre Erfahrungen und Ausbildungen und spiegelt ihren neugierigen Weg durch die Welt wider.

In ihren Stunden möchte Elke dazu inspirieren, den Körper als mehr als nur ein Werkzeug zu betrachten. Durch die Kombination verschiedener Techniken schafft sie einen Raum, in dem spielerisch zwischen analytischem Denken und intuitivem Fühlen gewechselt werden kann. Auf diese Weise fördert sie eine tiefere Verbindung zu sich selbst und zu ihrer Umgebung, die über die körperliche Erfahrung hinausgeht.

Ihre Motivation entspringt dem tiefen Wunsch, ein erfülltes und bedeutungsvolles Leben zu führen. Bewegung ist für Elke der wichtigste Wegbegleiter, und diese Leidenschaft bringt sie in jede Klasse und jede Begegnung ein.

Katharina ist Advanced Certified Jivamukti Yogalehrerin und lebt in Wien und Berlin, wo sie ihre Leidenschaft für Jivamukti Yoga als ganzheitliche und heilsame Praxis entdeckte. Jivamukti Yoga half ihr Werkzeuge zu finden, Balance in ihrem Beruf und im Lebensalltag zu finden und ihren Alltag auch als wesentlichen Teil ihrer Yogapraxis zu verstehen. Denn Yoga geht für sie weit über die körperliche Praxis hinaus und das ist, was sie leidenschaftlich mit dir in ihren Yoga Einheiten teilt. 

Katharina hat 2023 ihrer Passion einen Raum und Namen gegeben: Sie ist Co-Founder von Mynd Yoga, dem ersten Yogastudio in Wien, das sich auf Jivamukti Yoga spezialisiert hat. Mit Mynd Yoga und in ihren Klassen möchte Katharina als Gemeinschaft Raum für eine Reise des Wachstums, des Erlebens und der Freude an Yoga „on-and-off the mat“ schaffen.

Yoga calls for us to turn inward and meet what awaits us with an open heart. In this week-long retreat, you will be guided to meet your inner self with kindness and compassion, moving out of your head and into your heart through practices that encourage lightness, reflection, and deep rest. 

Each morning, we’ll flow through a vinyasa practice that is both gentle and energizing, inspired by the joy we can generate simply through movement.

In the afternoons, we will take deep rest with restorative yoga and yoga nidra, and we’ll explore the vibrational healing of singing mantra.

These practices allow us to enter a stillness in which we can see ourselves and our circumstances with greater clarity.

Sharing circles will allow time for deeper teachings and reflection on the waves that arise throughout the week. As our time together unfolds and deep practice with these tools becomes second nature, you will uncover new insights about yourself and how you want to move forward into the world. 

You will find that in returning to the stillness within over and again, it becomes a more accessible place. Slowly, the sense of calm you find there will begin to reach into other aspects of your life, leaving more room for the abundant joy that comes from living fully rooted in compassion. Above all, you will discover that freedom from worry doesn’t come from controlling your outer world, but from a sense of inner stillness that is accessible to anyone willing to find it.

People often describe me as a warm and sunny person with an intuitive approach to teaching yoga. I like hearing this description because it shows that I’ve made a real connection with my students. And if there’s one thing about yoga that I love the most and which characterises my classes, workshops and retreats, it’s the feeling of being connected.

A retreat offers us the possibility of a truly profound experience of yoga. Surrounded by nature and among like-minded people from every corner of the world, a unique journey unfolds. Conversations open up, emotions are untapped, and discoveries are made…

In the quiet of each morning, we begin our yoga practice in stillness, taking time to anchor our awareness in the present moment through a guided breathing exercise, a meditation or visualisation. Then, drawing on the energy of the rising sun and the freshness of a brand-new day, I lead you through a vinyasa flow that is both gentle and energising.

During the dip in energy that tends to follow lunchtime, the sessions slow down, allowing for a deeper exploration of the techniques and practices encountered earlier in the day. There’s also plenty of time for sinking into a profound state of relaxation with restorative or yin yoga, or even yoga nidra (yogic sleep) – sometimes accompanied by mantras, music, or myths.

Erinnerst du dich noch an das Gefühl, das du als Kind hattest, wenn du im Sommer nachdem du den ganzen Tag draußen gespielt hast, Abends müde und glücklich im Bett lagst?
Das ist es, was du während dieses Retreats erleben wirst: die perfekte Kombination aus rest and play. 

Wir werden jeden Tag mit Meditation und Breathwork starten, gefolgt von einer spielerischen und kreativen Vinyasa Flow Praxis, immer mit einem anderen Schwerpunkt und für alle Level spannend von Beginner bis Fortgeschrittene. 

Am späten Nachmittag treffen wir uns wieder zu einer langsameren, beruhigenden Praxis wie Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Journaling und Sharing Circle, um den Tag sanft und bewusst ausklingen zu lassen.

Die Phasen der Ruhe und Entspannung brauchen wir, um neue Kraft und Kreativität zu schöpfen und so wieder Neugierde und Verspieltheit in unser Leben einzuladen.

Du hast die Gelegenheit die beiden Energien von rest and play in dieser Woche in vollen Zügen zu genießen, losgelöst von deinem Alltag, mitten in der Natur und in toller Gemeinschaft.

Inanna Fronius

Inanna ist eine erfahrene und leidenschaftliche Vollzeit Yogalehrerin. Ihre Faszination für Yoga hat sie durch die ganze Welt reisen und sich von vielen unterschiedlichen Lehrer:innen und Yoga Stilen inspirieren lassen. 

Die Vielseitigkeit und Reichhaltigkeit der Praxis faszinieren sie heute noch genau wie am Anfang und motivieren sie dazu, sich stetig weiter zu bilden. Was vor vielen Jahren als Begeisterung für die Asana Praxis begann ist längst zum einer Berufung geworden. Seit fünf Jahren teilt sie ihr Wissen und ihre Leidenschaft für die Praxis in ihren Klassen, bei Workshops, Retreats sowie Ausbildungen für Yogalehrer:innen. 

Ihre eigene Praxis lässt sie immer wieder erfahren, wie die vielfältigen Aspekte des Yoga einen großen Beitrag dazu leisten, ein freudvolleres und bewussteres Leben zu führen. Ihr größter Wunsch ist es, dieses Potential der Praxis für andere erfahrbar zu machen und sie auf ihrem Yoga Weg zu unterstützen.

We love the meditating effect working with clay has! Just like in yoga there is no pressure, you can enjoy the process. If you have experience already or not – it is always nice to join the workshop. Maybe it is going to be a new inspiration you take home with you and find a ceramics course back home?!

During this workshop we will learn how to make slabs to later stamp leaves or flowers and make a piece with it. There will be foliage available but you can collect your own. 🌾

This workshop is suitable for everyone, as no prior experience is necessary. All materials are included, and you will be able to take your piece home.
If you want to explore your creativity and connect it with nature this is for you!

Den ersten Sonnenstrahl nach einer Reihe von Regentagen bewusst genießen, laut im Auto mitsingen, mit Freunden herumalbern – oft sind es die kleinen und einfachen Momente, die uns im Leben die meiste Freude bereiten. Du hast das Gefühl, dass diese Momente in letzter Zeit oft zu kurz gekommen sind? Wir laden dich ein, mit uns die Magie des einfachen Seins zu erkunden. Diese Zeit soll dir Raum geben, zur Ruhe zu kommen und wieder in eine tiefere Verbindung zu dir selbst zu treten.  

Wir starten den Tag mit einer 120-minütigen Masterclass, einer anspruchsvollen Vinyasapraxis begleitet von Mediation, Breathwork und Visualierungen. Diese dynamischen Stunden fordern dich körperlich heraus und schaffen gleichzeitig Raum für persönliches Wachstum. 

Am Nachmittag erwarten dich sanfte Mobility- und Slow-Flow-Klassen mit Yin-Elementen, Chanting und Traumreisen. Hier kannst du entspannen, loslassen und in die tieferen Schichten deines Selbst eintauchen.  

In dieser Woche schenken wir dir wertvolle Zeit, um dich wieder mit dir zu verbinden und ein Gefühl von Fülle aus deinem Inneren heraus entstehen zu lassen. Verliere dich in Tagträumen, sei auf leichte und spielerische Weise ganz du selbst und schaffe Raum für alle Facetten deines Seins.

Christina Bruns

Christina ist Gründerin des TRB Yogastudios in Wien.
Dort leitet sie das Studio und unterrichtet Vinyasa Flow Klassen mit Jivamukti Elementen. Außerdem bildet sie Yogalehrer*innen aus. In 2023 hat sie zusätzlich zu ihrem Vinyasa Background die 300h Jivamukti Ausbildung abgeschlossen.

Die Yogapraxis hat Christina gelehrt sich so zu nehmen und akzeptieren wie sie ist. Entscheidungen aus dem Herzen zu treffen und immer wieder bei sich ankommen.

Geprägt durch ihre frühere Zeit als Tänzerin sind ihre Klassen verspielt, dynamisch und körperlich fordernd.

In ihrem Unterricht möchte sie dir einen Raum schaffen, in dem du dich frei machen darfst von all den äußerlichen Erwartungen und dir erlauben darfst bei dir anzukommen, im Hier und Jetzt. In ihren Klassen verschmelzen Tradition und Moderne wie ein Tanz ineinander. Du tauchst über die Atmung und Bewegung zu elektronischen Klängen in deiner Zone ab. Christina bringt dich an deine körperlichen Grenzen auf eine liebevolle Art und Weise und lässt dich erkennen, dass du zu jeder Zeit in dir vollkommen bist.

How taking care of our gut microbiome can help balance hormones and give us more energy.

Mit meinem Workshop möchte ich Frauen darüber aufklären, wie sie sich besser mit ihrem körperlichen Wohlbefinden auseinander setzen und was sie selbst für ihre Gesundheit tun können. Das gilt nicht nur für die Phase während der Menstrutation, sondern während des ganzen Zyklus. Diesen in seiner Gesamtheit zu verstehen ist essentiell, da der Einfluss unserer Hormone auf unseren Körper permanent stattfindet und ernst zu nehmen ist.

Einer der einfachsten Wege wie wir dies machen können, ist zu lernen wie wir unseren Darm unterstützen können, da dieses Organ in vielen wichtigen Prozessen involviert ist: von unserer Verdauung, zur Hormonproduktion, sowie der Herberge von 80% unseres Immunsystems.

In diesem Workshop erkläre ich euch den Zusammenhang zwischen unseres Zyklus, unserer Hormonen, häufigen Symptomen und zeige euch wie ihr eure Darmflora glücklich machen könnt. Einer der einfachsten Wege hierfür ist nämlich das Fermentieren.

Amelie spezialisiert sich auf den Menstruationszyklus von Frauen, sowie auf die Zusammenhänge zwischen unserer Gesundheit und unserem Darm. Ihr Essen ist nahrhaft und bunt, klärt aber gleichzeitig auch auf. Amelie findet dass Bildung rund um Wohlbefinden und gutes Essen für alle zugänglich sein sollte; mir ihrem Kochen hofft sie genau dies zu tun.

Je mehr wir vertrauen, desto mehr fangen wir wieder an auf unsere innere Stimme zu hören.

We love the meditating effect working with clay has! Just like in yoga there is no pressure, you can enjoy the process. If you have experience already or not – it is always nice to join the workshop. Maybe it is going to be a new inspiration you take home with you and find a ceramics course back home?!

During this workshop we will learn how to make slabs to later stamp leaves or flowers and make a piece with it. There will be foliage available but you can collect your own. 🌾

This workshop is suitable for everyone, as no prior experience is necessary. All materials are included, and you will be able to take your piece home.
If you want to explore your creativity and connect it with nature this is for you!

Removed from the daily hustle of our everyday lives, we gather in this retreat to meet ourselves in interaction with one another. Come for time alone or come for time with others – your needs are welcome. You decide how you want to experience your time here.

We offer you a retreat where you can be fully yourself. Take things with lightness and ease, as we explore the magic of the practice together. The most insightful spiritual teachings happen, when we feel open and safe. So our main goal is to create an atmosphere of safety and openness for you. We teach from an authentic and informed place. Dana Sertel (Advanced Certified Jivamukti Yoga Teacher)

Dana is based in Berlin where she practices and teaches daily – Ashtanga and Jivamukti Yoga. She cares a great deal about authenticity and vulnerability. She is giving thanks to her teachers, who always accompanied her with a loving eye, while giving her the tools she needed. Her classes are vigorous and always come with carefully curated music.

Philippa Heyden (Advanced Certified Jivamukti Yoga Teacher)

In early 2015 she completed the Teacher Training at Radhanath Swami’s magical Govardhan Eco Village in India with her teachers Sharon Gannon, David Life, Lady Ruth and Jules Febre under her mentor Yogeswari.

What inspires her about Jivamukti Yoga is the combination of intensive asana practice, meditation, chanting, various styles of music, pranayama, awareness and awareness of the direct and indirect environment.

Life can be hectic, keeping us on a hamster wheel of thoughts and worries. On this retreat, you’re invited to break free from this state of being by opening and listening to the wisdom of your heart – out of your head, into your heart.

Each day, we’ll flow through our yoga practice, carried by inspiring musical vibrations, and sing mantras that fill us with joy. We’ll use the breath to soothe our nerves and take deep rest with Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra, creating the stillness we need to see ourselves as we really are. And we’ll use the stories and myths behind the asanas as a playful way of understanding life’s universal themes – and looking at our own situations with a fresh perspective.

This shared journey will remind you that you are part of a bigger whole and connect you to the abundant joy that comes with this experience. You’ll learn to let sadness and pain flow through you, gently widening your compassion towards yourself and others. Above all, you will discover that freedom from worry doesn’t come from controlling your outer world, but from trusting yourself in this very moment. 

Fleur van Hille

Fleur has been a student and teacher of yoga since 2009 when her career as a professional dancer transformed into a love for yoga’s physical postures, breathing exercises, mantras, and meditation. Since then, her training has spanned the globe and expanded to include advanced postures, philosophy, yoga nidra, and yoga therapeutics.

As a teacher, Fleur is creative and supportive. Her playlists offer a carefully crafted, steady beat that will carry you through flowing transitions and intentional holds. She offers options for all levels, so everyone feels held and at ease, and if there is one thing that characterizes her classes, workshops, and retreats, it is the feeling of being connected. She brings a warmth and joy to her classes that open the door for her students to experience both playfulness and stillness.

Fleur has been teaching yoga retreats with Yoga Spirit Circle since the very beginning. She has returned again and again because her retreats offer a truly profound experience of yoga. She will both guide you and inspire you to explore yoga as a way of living and an experience—one in which our hearts expand to include all of life as one spiritual whole.

Komm mit uns auf eine intuitive Reise auf der wir den Kontakt zu unserer inneren Stimme stärken und lernen dem Körper zuzuhören. Wir wollen den Blick umdrehen – anstatt im Außen zu sehen, versuchen wir im Innen zu fühlen – um uns dadurch eine ganz neue Welt und Möglichkeiten zu eröffnen.

Wir starten den Tag mit einer dynamischen Asana Praxis, die dich auf allen Ebenen – körperlich, mental und emotional – auf den Tag einstimmt. Die Klassen führen durch intuitive Bewegungsmuster zurück vom Kopf ins Herz und sollen dazu inspirieren deinen Körper auf eine ganz neue Art und Weise kennenzulernen.

Die Abendstunden werden bestimmt durch langsam, fließende oder gehaltene Asanas, sanftem Pranayama und einer geführten Meditation um zurück in den Raum unserer Intuition zu treten und das Erlebte in Ruhe zu reflektieren und abzuschließen.

Level: Mittelstufe

Du solltest eine regelmäßige Asana Praxis haben und Lust auf dynamische, fordernde Klassen.

Seit über 10 Jahren teile ich als dipl. Tänzerin und Yogalehrerin meine Leidenschaft für Bewegung.
In meinen Yogaeinheiten möchte ich die Menschen dazu inspirieren ihren Körper nicht nur als ein Werkzeug zu betrachten, das einen Zweck zu erfüllen hat, sondern viel mehr als komplexes Gebilde, das eine uns unvorstellbare Tiefe hat, uns einen Platz in dieser Welt gibt und uns hilft mit anderen in Kontakt zu treten. In meinen Klassen bilden sanfte Pranayama Übungen und starke Vinyasa Flows einen sicheren Rahmen, den wir immer wieder spielerisch durch intuitive Bewegungen durchbrechen werden sodass wir die Balance zwischen analytischem Denken und intutiven Fühlen entwickeln.

What we love most about it are the pastel sunsets, the wild beaches and the laid back Andalusian mentality. Also our dog Alpha and cat Hanuman live here. More

This retreat is truly uplifting, joyful and full of moments of deep connection. 

The practice

The morning asana classes will be the full package – a vigorous practice, fun and sweaty with a soundtrack that will make you want to dance, chanting which softens the heart and dharma (philosophy talk) that sparks new ideas for the spiritual path.

We recommend some experience with Jivamukti Yoga or Vinyasa/Ashtanga Yoga (you can join online classes or come to the studio in Berlin or elsewhere).

The afternoon practice is usually held in workshop style where we dive deeper into a topic. Some asana related, some focussing on a chakra or on a teaching. In any case we go deep here.

Some evenings are spent with Satsang (chanting or meditation together and some philosophy) where you get to connect or simply be inspired by the teachings.

Level Intermediate: You should have a regular asana practice and expect dynamic, challenging classes.
