Pilates Reformer

Re:set & Re:store

All Level ✺ 29 October - 4 November 2026 ✺ Casa Erica, Málaga, Spain

As the year winds down, give yourself permission to pause, look inward, and rebuild from a place of intention.

This reformer retreat offers an immersive week of mindful movement, personalised sessions, and restorative rest by the Andalusian coast. We’ll run two reformer classes daily, mornings focus on strength, alignment, stability and power to energise you for the day ahead. Evening sessions shift to restoration, encouraging you to slow down, work on mobility and flexibility, release and calm. With 8 reformers available, we’ll split into two small groups based on experience level. This means beginners receive the support and clear instruction they need, while more experienced guests are challenged in ways that help them grow.

The pilates sessions will focus deeper than the exercises themselves. Deirdre will guide you to tune into how movement feels in your body, using the practice as a lens to reflect on how you’ve been moving through 2026. Expect full body flows, space to refine your technique, and a clearer understanding of how your unique body moves.

Deirdre

Deirdre is a clinical Pilates instructor and teacher trainer with over 15 years of experience across various movement modalities. Specializing in rehabilitation and functional strength, she possesses a deep expertise in reading bodies and adapting the classical Pilates framework to meet individual needs. Her teaching is defined by technical precision and clear, educational cueing, ensuring clients progress safely from foundational movements to advanced repertoire. Originally from Sydney and now based in London, Deirdre is the founder of Pilates & Pals, a community that bridges the gap between movement, good food, and genuine connection. Her mission is to empower you with a better understanding of your own body, building a level of strength and awareness that extends well beyond the Reformer and into your daily life.

Reflect & Grow

Reflect & Grow

All Level ✺ 1- 6 October 2026 ✺ La Viñuela, Andalusia, Spain

A week of shared practice, reflection, and space to grow.

Immerse yourself in the flow of the retreat, sharing practice and moving with full presence and curiosity.
Through the tools and techniques of yoga, we’ll explore presence and awareness, noticing how these qualities extend beyond the mat into our daily lives. This retreat offers a sanctuary to reset and reconnect — through movement, self-inquiry, and community. Unplug to recharge, build meaningful connections with like-minded souls, and gather fresh energy for the season ahead.
We’ll cultivate balance in body and mind through a thoughtful blend of Vinyasa, Yin, and self-care practices. Workshops invite you to go deeper, build confidence, and discover new insights to integrate into your practice at home.
Each morning begins with dynamic flow, encouraging you to explore your own potential and possibility. Evening sessions invite a slower pace — Yin Yang, Yin, restorative and Myofascial release practices designed to nurture, unwind, and restore.

Léa Hatahet

Léa is from France – she lived in Japan and Dubai during her studies and then moved to Brussels, where she has been teaching yoga for the last 4 years. A lifelong lover of movement, she discovered yoga in 2015 after years of practicing track and field and several injuries.

In recognising that weA are all unique, Léa seeks to support her students by meeting them where they are. She encourages exploring movements and options to suit individual bodies and experiences. Over the last 2 years, Léa has completed her 300-hour Awakening Yoga training with Patrick Beach and Carling Harps. Teaching both vinyasa and yin with an insight into intelligent sequencing and mobility, she will help you to make your way to more advanced poses, find a free and open practice or equally slow down through a safe, supportive, and step-by-step approach.

When not teaching, Léa loves hiking, taking pictures, visiting neighbourhood coffee shops and exploring movement in various forms.

Last days of Summer

Last days of Summer

All Level ✺ 15- 21 October 2026 ✺ Casa Erica, Málaga, Spain

Set in the late-October sun of southern Spain, this retreat offers a chance to extend the feeling of summer just a little longer. While autumn settles in across northern Europe, the climate here remains mild, creating the perfect space to rest, recharge, and slow down.

Each morning begins with grounding breathwork and guided meditation, followed by a gentle vinyasa flow to awaken the body and move with the warmth of the season. Afternoons are reserved for deep rest through restorative yoga or yoga nidra, supported by the calming rhythm of the ocean. Along the way, we’ll explore yoga philosophy, mantra, and mythology as gentle tools for reflection and connection.

This retreat is an invitation to digest what has been, reset, and ease into the changing season with clarity, calm, and renewed balance.

Fleur van Hille

I’m often described as a warm and intuitive teacher, and what I love most about yoga is the sense of connection it brings — with yourself, with others, and with the world around you. A retreat offers the perfect space for this connection to unfold more deeply. Surrounded by nature and like-minded people, conversations open naturally, emotions find expression, and new insights arise.

Each morning begins in stillness with guided breathwork, meditation, or visualisation, followed by a gentle yet energising vinyasa flow, drawing on the calm and energy of a fresh new day. In the afternoons, the pace slows, allowing time to explore practices more deeply and to rest through restorative or yin yoga, or yoga nidra — sometimes enriched with mantras, music, or stories from mythology. This rhythm of movement, reflection, and rest creates a space for balance, clarity, and a renewed sense of presence throughout the retreat.

Wild Roots

Wild Roots

All Level ✺ 11 - 17 Oct 2026 ✺ Olea, Rieti, Italy

Pilates Reformer Retreat

1- 7 October 2026 Maia Jospeh
Casa Erica, Málaga, Spain

Strengthen, lengthen and realign your body in a transformative Pilates Reformer Retreat designed to bring you back into balance.

This retreat offers an immersive blend of mindful movement, personalised reformer sessions, breath-led flow and restorative rest. Guided by experienced teachers, each class is thoughtfully crafted to support your posture, core stability and functional strength — all while keeping the practice accessible for every level.

With 8 Reformers available, we’ll create two small groups so we can accommodate different levels of experience. This ensures that beginners feel supported, while more experienced practitioners are challenged in a way that helps them grow. Each guest will enjoy two Reformer classes per day, allowing plenty of time to build strength, refine technique and fully immerse in the practice.

Beyond the studio, you’ll enjoy nourishing food, calming surroundings and space to reconnect with yourself. Whether you’re looking to deepen your Pilates practice, build sustainable strength, or simply take time for your wellbeing, this retreat invites you to slow down, reset and return home feeling lighter, stronger and inspired.

Maia Joseph

Maia Joseph is a professional dancer from Toronto, Canada. With over ten years of stage, film and teaching experience, becoming a fitness and Pilates instructor developed naturally. Her background in movement has given her a deeper understanding of the body, and she is passionate about using her knowledge and musicality to enrich the experience of those who train with her.
After completing her modern reformer training in 2025, she found a way to incorporate her dance knowledge into her fitness and Pilates courses, creating more well rounded and thoughtfully curated classes.
It is important to her that each person feels acknowledged. She strives to take time to check in with her students on a day to day basis to better understand if any modifications are needed, and to adapt her energy accordingly throughout the class.

You can expect to be uplifted with exercises that challenge and strengthen both the body, and the mind.

Autumn

Autumn

Intermediate ✺ 6- 11 October 2026 ✺ La Viñuela, Andalusia, Spain

Autumn marks the threshold between heady saturation of summer and the stillness of winter, a time to begin slowing down as we turn our attention from outer radiance towards inner luminosity. Aligning with nature’s rhythm of letting go, honouring the harvest of experiences and insights from the past months, and preparing the ground for the fertile ground of the magic dark of winter.

Each day unfolds through the arc of the season: morning practices to awaken, clarify and inspire, afternoon sessions for contemplation, inspiration and somatic release, and evenings for rest, reflection, and regeneration.

The retreat serves as a passage—out of excess, into essence.

Rowena Johnson

Rowena is an Advanced Certified Jivamukti Yoga teacher, and a 200hr & 300hr teacher trainer, who has been practicing yoga since 2008.

With a personal practice of Ashtanga and Jivamukti, Rowena’s classes are strong, purposeful and interspersed with personal insights, spoken word and uplifting music. The alchemy created is inspiring and potent, far beyond the mat.

Whilst based in Berlin, Rowena teaches internationally on yoga teacher trainings, workshops and retreats.

If you want to take a class with Rowena you can find her at Three Boons Yoga in Berlin (also online classes) or try the yoga video we’ve  recorded with her last year.

German October All Level Dynamic Jivamukti Nils Schäfer Yin Casa Erica, Spain Restorative Spain

Unfold within

Unfold Within

All Level ✺ 8-14 Oktober 2026 ✺ Casa Erica, Málaga, Spain

Garden of Wisdom

Garden of Wisdom - fully booked

All Level ✺ 27 Sep- 3 Oct 2026 ✺ Olea, Rieti, Italy

about the place
It doesn’t seem possible that OLEA is less than an hour’s drive from the crowded streets of Rome. With lush, abundant grounds of its own, along with a natural spring and a magnificent wooden yoga platform which overlooks the valley below, this is a truly magical place that’s ideal for spiritual practice, slowing down, and plunging oneself into nature. Ease into Autumn

Ease into Autumn

All Level ✺ 4- 10 October 2026 ✺ Olea, Rieti, Italy

A week of yoga, connection and inner steadiness in motion

Life is always moving; through seasons, through shifts in our minds and bodies, through the different roles and rhythms we find ourselves in. Practicing yoga in flow is a powerful way to reflect and embody how we move through life itself: adjusting, responding, staying open, and finding steadiness within change.

This retreat is an invitation to explore what it means to flow, both on the mat and in your daily life. Through dynamic vinyasa yoga sessions, partner practices, mantra singing, and calmer afternoon sessions, we’ll explore the different layers of flow: physical, emotional, and energetic.

Rather than resisting change or holding tension, we learn to meet each moment with presence and flexibility. We’ll use yoga as a practical tool to reconnect to the part of us that remains steady, even when life feels fast, full or uncertain.

There will be space for reflection and sharing, to move forward in life with more ease, trust, and a sense of freedom.

This retreat is for anyone who wants to reconnect with themselves, build resilience, and rediscover the natural rhythm between effort and ease — between structure and flow.

Fleur van Hille
People often describe me as a warm and sunny person with an intuitive approach to teaching yoga. I like hearing this description because it shows that I’ve made a real connection with my students. And if there’s one thing about yoga that I love the most and which characterises my classes, workshops and retreats, it’s the feeling of being connected.

A retreat offers us the possibility of a truly profound experience of yoga. Surrounded by nature and among like-minded people from every corner of the world, a unique journey unfolds. Conversations open up, emotions are untapped, and discoveries are made…

In the quiet of each morning, we begin our yoga practice in stillness, taking time to anchor our awareness in the present moment through a guided breathing exercise, a meditation or visualisation. Then, drawing on the energy of the rising sun and the freshness of a brand-new day, I lead you through a vinyasa flow that is both gentle and energising.

During the dip in energy that tends to follow lunchtime, the sessions slow down, allowing for a deeper exploration of the techniques and practices encountered earlier in the day. There’s also plenty of time for sinking into a profound state of relaxation with restorative or yin yoga, or even yoga nidra (yogic sleep) – sometimes accompanied by mantras, music, or myths.

A Culinary & Yoga Retreat

A Culinary & Yoga Retreat //
Eternal Flame

Pasta making: Hands-On Experience
