Pilates: Momentum

Momentum

All Level ✺ 9- 15 April 2026 ✺ Casa Erica, Málaga, Spain

Momentum is a week of intelligent, focused movement designed to realign your body, improve how you move, build strength, and deepen your connection to your practice. Each day explores a core Pilates principle — breath, alignment, centring, control, precision, and flow — through Pilates and functional strength training, all with one intention: balance. Grounded strength with ease. Softness with power. Purpose with awareness.

Over the week, you’ll develop stability, clarity, and confidence as you understand your movement patterns more deeply. Momentum also creates space to slow down, breathe, and reconnect with your own rhythm.

Mornings begin with energising Pilates-based sessions that awaken the body and centre the mind through alignment-focused, core-driven, functional movement, building toward dynamic full-body flow. These sessions set a grounded, strong, and clear tone for the day.

Evenings shift into a slower, more restorative space with gentle mobility, myofascial stretching, and guided relaxation to release tension and integrate the day’s work — a chance to soften, find stillness, and restore balance.

Pilates: Centered

Centered - A Pilates Retreat

All Level ✺ 9- 15 August 2026 ✺ Olea, Rieti, Italy

Was bedeutet Körpermitte?

It doesn’t seem possible that OLEA is less than an hour’s drive from the crowded streets of Rome. Pilates: Back to Center

Back to Center

All Level ✺ 16- 21 February 2026 ✺
La Viñuela, Andalusia, Spain

Step into the new year by re-centering body and mind.

This 5-night Pilates retreat is designed to help you return to your center—the powerhouse of strength, alignment, and breath that supports every movement. Through a balance of Classical precision and Contemporary flow, each morning session will ground and energize you, reconnecting you with clarity and control.

Evenings invite restoration and integration. With slower-paced Pilates practices, fascia release, and mindful breathwork, you’ll release tension, improve mobility, and re-balance from the inside out.

Back to Center is more than a retreat—it’s a chance to pause, re-ground, and realign with yourself. You’ll leave feeling stronger, clearer, and centered, ready to carry this renewed balance into the year ahead.

Pilates: Inner Stability

Inner Stability

All Level ✺ 20- 26 August 2026 ✺ Casa Erica, Málaga, Spain

Blending the wisdom of yoga, Pilates, Western medicine, and journaling, this retreat thoughtfully weaves together East and West, ancient practices and modern knowledge — all with the intention of guiding you toward inner stability, physically, emotionally, and spiritually.

Each morning begins with an energizing Pilates session designed to strengthen your core, improve posture, and enhance mobility.

In the afternoons, we’ll shift into gentle yoga and guided journaling. These practices invite you to explore how movement, breath, and nervous system regulation nurture inner steadiness. Journaling will support you in releasing stress, gaining new perspectives, and resourcing yourself in life’s more complex moments. Paired with mindful movement, writing becomes a bridge between body — which speaks in sensations and feelings — and mind, which expresses through words.

Together, we’ll discover the steady anchor within, cultivate a sense of being supported from the inside out, and leave with practical tools to carry your practice beyond the mat and into everyday life.

Ariel Hayun

People often describe me as authentic, passionate, consistent and precise. I love nerding out about technique while offering each person the variations and tools that are optimal for them in that moment, so that everyone feels held and at ease, and able to experience the joy within.

I care that the practice brings you closer to yourself. To me, movement is a gateway to our body and spirit. Whether you connect more to Yoga, Pilates or dance, any movement- even just the movement of a breath- is an opportunity to unify body, mind and soul.

I’m trained as a professional dancer, Pilates teacher (BASI Pilates, 2016), Yoga Nashit teacher- Yoga for women* (2025), and Pelvic Portal Method teacher (2026). Since 2022, I’ve  been busy with The Pelvis Knows, a movement research focus on knowledge carried in our Pelvis. Centering on dances in which the pelvis is the protagonist- mainly Twerk, Belly Dance, and Pelvic Portal Method- the research examined how moving the pelvis can be a source of empowerment, physical & mental health, expression and knowledge.
