Explore: Fusion

Explore: Fusion

All Level ✺ 17- 23 September 2026 ✺ Casa Erica, Málaga, Spain

Reflect & Grow

Reflect & Grow

All Level ✺ 1- 6 October 2026 ✺ La Viñuela, Andalusia, Spain

A week of shared practice, reflection, and space to grow.

Immerse yourself in the flow of the retreat, sharing practice and moving with full presence and curiosity.
Through the tools and techniques of yoga, we’ll explore presence and awareness, noticing how these qualities extend beyond the mat into our daily lives. This retreat offers a sanctuary to reset and reconnect — through movement, self-inquiry, and community. Unplug to recharge, build meaningful connections with like-minded souls, and gather fresh energy for the season ahead.
We’ll cultivate balance in body and mind through a thoughtful blend of Vinyasa, Yin, and self-care practices. Workshops invite you to go deeper, build confidence, and discover new insights to integrate into your practice at home.
Each morning begins with dynamic flow, encouraging you to explore your own potential and possibility. Evening sessions invite a slower pace — Yin Yang, Yin, restorative and Myofascial release practices designed to nurture, unwind, and restore.

Léa Hatahet

Léa is from France – she lived in Japan and Dubai during her studies and then moved to Brussels, where she has been teaching yoga for the last 4 years. A lifelong lover of movement, she discovered yoga in 2015 after years of practicing track and field and several injuries.

In recognising that weA are all unique, Léa seeks to support her students by meeting them where they are. She encourages exploring movements and options to suit individual bodies and experiences. Over the last 2 years, Léa has completed her 300-hour Awakening Yoga training with Patrick Beach and Carling Harps. Teaching both vinyasa and yin with an insight into intelligent sequencing and mobility, she will help you to make your way to more advanced poses, find a free and open practice or equally slow down through a safe, supportive, and step-by-step approach.

When not teaching, Léa loves hiking, taking pictures, visiting neighbourhood coffee shops and exploring movement in various forms.

Last days of Summer

Last days of Summer

All Level ✺ 15- 21 October 2026 ✺ Casa Erica, Málaga, Spain

Set in the late-October sun of southern Spain, this retreat offers a chance to extend the feeling of summer just a little longer. While autumn settles in across northern Europe, the climate here remains mild, creating the perfect space to rest, recharge, and slow down.

Each morning begins with grounding breathwork and guided meditation, followed by a gentle vinyasa flow to awaken the body and move with the warmth of the season. Afternoons are reserved for deep rest through restorative yoga or yoga nidra, supported by the calming rhythm of the ocean. Along the way, we’ll explore yoga philosophy, mantra, and mythology as gentle tools for reflection and connection.

This retreat is an invitation to digest what has been, reset, and ease into the changing season with clarity, calm, and renewed balance.

Fleur van Hille

I’m often described as a warm and intuitive teacher, and what I love most about yoga is the sense of connection it brings — with yourself, with others, and with the world around you. A retreat offers the perfect space for this connection to unfold more deeply. Surrounded by nature and like-minded people, conversations open naturally, emotions find expression, and new insights arise.

Each morning begins in stillness with guided breathwork, meditation, or visualisation, followed by a gentle yet energising vinyasa flow, drawing on the calm and energy of a fresh new day. In the afternoons, the pace slows, allowing time to explore practices more deeply and to rest through restorative or yin yoga, or yoga nidra — sometimes enriched with mantras, music, or stories from mythology. This rhythm of movement, reflection, and rest creates a space for balance, clarity, and a renewed sense of presence throughout the retreat.

Wild Roots

Wild Roots

All Level ✺ 11 - 17 Oct 2026 ✺ Olea, Rieti, Italy

Body Temple Wisdom

Body Temple Wisdom

All Level ✺ 13- 19 August 2026 ✺ Casa Erica, Málaga, Spain

Move & Play

All Level ✺ 24- 30 September 2026 ✺ Casa Erica, Málaga, Spain

When was the last time you surprised yourself? When there was an “Oh, wow, moment“, a feeling of joy and ease? These moments stay, we remember them easily like our first moment riding a bike freely. In this week of Movement and Play, we’ll explore our physical possibilities practicing with curiosity and ease, leaning into joyful calm and meditation. Moments we remember when thinking back are moments of good laughter — of joy and ease.

Blending yoga, movement flow, and acrobatics, the retreat offers a playground to develop body and mind as one integrated whole.
We’ll start every day with a preparatory and refreshing yoga-inspired movement practice, followed by a guided meditation. After nourishing food and a good rest, we will have a handstand or movement workshop. The main intention is to shake, stretch, strengthen, and overall nourish the body through movement, and then wind down into the more relaxing field of Yin and meditation.

Through physical games, acrobatic tasks, and movement flow, we establish a present and curious self that can practice letting go of unnecessary tensions — mentally and physically — and eventually make space for honest self-observation.

It’s truly for all levels. The term “acrobatic” doesn’t mean you need any prior knowledge. In the acrobatic section, we will challenge our beliefs around what we can or cannot do. We will test, try, fail, and for sure laugh together.

Katharina Dodel
As a child, it was climbing trees, running barefoot, and creating entire universes in my mind. As a teenager, it was volleyball, table tennis, and athletics. As an adult, it is the essence of both: my motivation in my own movement and yoga practice, as well as in my work with people, is curiosity about movement, the body, and the internal world – being creative, and expressing yourself physically.
I’ve been teaching yoga, handstands, Movement Play, and movement acrobatics in Berlin and hosting retreats for years now. I truly care about each student and my community, about individual exploration and practice. I really believe that connection and care for one another can make this world a little better. To develop a healthy environment and loving relationships with other people and the world, we need to start with ourselves first. Through movement, this relationship with ourselves gets tested and can deepen: Can I stay at ease when something challenges me in my asana or movement practice? How do I approach movement tasks? And what do I tell myself when something goes wrong? How can I stay joyful and at ease?
I want to offer non-judgmental playgrounds for adults to test, fail, and try again – to answer the questions above both physically and mentally.

Shifting Perspectives

Shifting Perspectives

All Level ✺ 2- 8 Juli 2026 ✺ Casa Erica, Málaga, Spain

Was passiert, wenn du loslässt, was dich festhält?

Inner Glow

Inner Glow

All Level ✺ 16- 22 August 2026 ✺ Olea, Rieti, Italy

The height of summer invites us to slow down and soak in its golden warmth. Under the season of Leo — the sign of heart, radiance, courage and self-expression — nature reaches its fullest bloom, and so can we. August becomes an invitation to expand, reconnect with our inner light, and shine with ease.

This retreat offers a pause from daily rush, nestled among rolling hills, ancient olive trees, and the quiet beauty of the Italian countryside. If you’ve been carrying too much or moving too fast, consider this your call to rest — to return to yourself, rediscover your inner glow, and restore balance between energy and stillness.

Through mindful practice, rest, and connection, we’ll explore how to live from our centre, cultivating a steady radiance within and around us. Mornings will open with vibrant vinyasa; afternoons will soften into Yin, restorative yoga, and Yoga Nidra. Meditation and breathwork will guide you toward clarity and calm. Between sessions, there’s time to simply be — wander the olive groves, rest in the shade, sunbathe by the pool, write, dream, and watch the light shift across the landscape.

“Cooking isn’t just a job – it’s my love language & a spiritual practice. When food is created from the heart, people can taste it, feel it & remember it long after the retreat ends. Just like my mum’s cooking still does for me, I aim to make every meal a special memory that brings people together.”

Release

Release

All Level ✺ 3- 10 September 2026 ✺ Šiaurys, Lithuania

We will meet as the height of summer fades into cooler days. Autumn is a time of harvest, of gratitude, of taking stock, and of celebration. It is also a time of searching within, of reflection, and of remembering.

As the days become shorter, we will learn how to embrace the magic of this transitory season—a time when what is old and no longer serving us falls away, leaving only what is most essential. We will tap into our intuition through embodied movements and explore tools and resources that highlight what is most essential within us, reading both body and mind for the release this season calls for. Together, we’ll explore themes of letting go, gratitude, remembering, and change. We’ll dive deep into our intuition to find what is required of us to move into the quiet and reemerge in a state of rebirth as a more flowing and easeful expression of our deepest selves.

We’ll begin our days with reflective meditations and embodied vinyasa practices that will challenge our bodies to open, recall, and simplify. In the afternoons, we’ll turn inward to softer practices that remind us of the power of deep rest and gentle reflection. Our evenings will include options for yoga nidra and restorative yoga. Come as you are, radiant from the summer heat or weary and ready to release. A wellspring of warmth, comfort, and reflection is waiting for you.

Lauren Simonis

Hello beautiful humans, I’m Lauren, and I’ve been a yoga teacher for six years, a facilitator for twenty, and a lover of intimate, shared experiences my entire life. I believe in the magic of people coming together to share their lives in a way that leaves them somehow more fully themselves. Yoga offers an opportunity to do just that. As a yoga teacher, I am often described as joyful and playful. My classes are filled with light-hearted invitations to explore new movements, cues for somatic engagement, mobility exercises, and regular reminders that every body practicing yoga will look a little different—and that is beautiful! My goal is to help you connect to your spirit, your strength, and your sense of fun. I moved to Portugal from the U.S. in 2016, and that’s where my passion for yoga grew from a hobby, to a habit, to a passion. I first began teaching aerial yoga and then expanded my training to include vinyasa, hatha, yin, and myofascial release when I realized how much joy my students brought me. Over the last five years, I have become increasingly engaged with embodiment and somatic approaches to yoga. With these experiences, I found myself immersed more and more in yogic spaces, and in them, I found opportunities to nurture my students through healing, love, and support.

October All Level Dynamic Vinyasa Flow Olea, Italy Yin Elke Waibel Restorative September

Garden of Wisdom

Garden of Wisdom - fully booked

All Level ✺ 27 Sep- 3 Oct 2026 ✺ Olea, Rieti, Italy
