Komm mit uns auf eine intuitive Reise auf der wir den Kontakt zu unserer inneren Stimme stärken und lernen dem Körper zuzuhören. Wir wollen den Blick umdrehen – anstatt im Außen zu sehen, versuchen wir im Innen zu fühlen – um uns dadurch eine ganz neue Welt und Möglichkeiten zu eröffnen.

Wir starten den Tag mit einer dynamischen Asana Praxis, die dich auf allen Ebenen – körperlich, mental und emotional – auf den Tag einstimmt. Die Klassen führen durch intuitive Bewegungsmuster zurück vom Kopf ins Herz und sollen dazu inspirieren deinen Körper auf eine ganz neue Art und Weise kennenzulernen.

Die Abendstunden werden bestimmt durch langsam, fließende oder gehaltene Asanas, sanftem Pranayama und einer geführten Meditation um zurück in den Raum unserer Intuition zu treten und das Erlebte in Ruhe zu reflektieren und abzuschließen.

Level: Mittelstufe

Du solltest eine regelmäßige Asana Praxis haben und Lust auf dynamische, fordernde Klassen.

 

Elke Waibel

Seit über 10 Jahren teile ich als dipl. Tänzerin und Yogalehrerin meine Leidenschaft für Bewegung.
In meinen Yogaeinheiten möchte ich die Menschen dazu inspirieren ihren Körper nicht nur als ein Werkzeug zu betrachten, das einen Zweck zu erfüllen hat, sondern viel mehr als komplexes Gebilde, das eine uns unvorstellbare Tiefe hat, uns einen Platz in dieser Welt gibt und uns hilft mit anderen in Kontakt zu treten. In meinen Klassen bilden sanfte Pranayama Übungen und starke Vinyasa Flows einen sicheren Rahmen, den wir immer wieder spielerisch durch intuitive Bewegungen durchbrechen werden sodass wir die Balance zwischen analytischem Denken und intutiven Fühlen entwickeln.

This new retreat concept focuses on more elaborate menus as our two resident chefs, Caro and Sasha, join forces in the kitchen. Twice as many chefs means twice as much creative energy flowing in the kitchen! Each meal will be carefully crafted and expertly executed with a symphony of flavours. Additionally each chef will also offer one workshop/ presentation.

This retreat is perfect for everyone who loves to get spoiled and inspired! You’ll have the chance to explore incredible plant-based meals from all corners of the earth while learning some tricks of our excellent retreat chefs.

Sasha has been cooking for YSC Retreats in 2019 and surely this collaboration would have go on if there wasn’t the pandemic. We are very happy that she returns for summer 2023!

As a mindful chef, I always work to instill all food with intention, love and care. Each dish is a form of art and magic.”

Sasha’s Workshop
Sasha will introduce you to the Art of Cacao. You will learn how to prepare a simple yet decadent cacao truffle, easy cacao bark and a savoury, raw cacao mole. All recipes are free of dairy and refined sugars.

Caro Gante

We met Caro in 2021 and it was a match! In 2022 Caro cooked for many Retreatees a creative, detailed, diverse and always very beautifully presented menu. It is both: healthy & delicious.

Caro is passionate about food since her childhood and it is just a pleasure and so inspiring experiencing her following that passion. Her ideas about creative plant-based dishes are endless & very intuitive. Her love for nature and ingredients gets delivered through her plates.

Caro’s Workshop
Caro will introduce you to the world of fermentation.
You’ll learn about traditional fermentations such as sauerkraut as well as more modern recipes like cultured cashew cream cheese. While exploring the science of this bacteria-based process, Caro will provide you with the necessary tips and tools to make fermentation suitable for your home kitchen.

About the Yoga

When was the last time you chose you? This retreat is designed as a reset and is dedicated to give space to YOU so you come back home to yourself when life pulls you away, so you can choose yourself, emerging as your true self, full of self-love and acceptance.

During the full moon we will have a chance to observe and connect to the shifting energies. Lunar energy by nature is cooling, restorative, nourishing, nurturing and intuitive and invite us to slow down, go within and connect to the divine feminine energy within us. We’ll dive into the magic that resides within in our body, exploring inwards towards feeling, awareness, self-healing and peace. We combine this with an outward experience of learning and sharing with other beings, in a beautiful place, far away from our day to day.

Move your body daily with deep embodiment vinyasa yoga practices, guided breathing practices and meditation to connect to your inner world, and yin or restorative yoga to observe the shifts in energy within and music to match the rhythm of life that you seek. You will set sacred intentions, practice affirmations and gratitude, let yourself to feel your feelings and allow what is.

All this deep work will balance with free time for contemplation, entertainment for the senses with nourishing food, walks in nature, sunbathing at beach or at the pool. 

Vera Bettiol

Vera is an E-RYT 500 YA certified yoga instructor & former YTT lead. Vera is specialized in Vinyasa Yoga and has additional certifications in Aerial Yoga, Yin Yoga, Pranayama and Meditation. She was born and raised in Italy, but lived for about 15 years in San Diego, CA. She has taught classes in the U.S., Europe and India. Currently she teaches yoga at numerous studios in Italy, and travels the world leading yoga workshops and 200hrs Yoga Teacher Trainings.

Vera believes that yoga is limitless in its potential to transform and heal our lives. Her intention is to create space for everyone to move with intention and awareness to the breath & body, to turn inward, to recognize the constant transformations taking place with each breathe and to connect with the strength of the heart that’s in us all. She feel blessed and grateful to be able to share the essence of Yoga’s teachings.

When not teaching, Vera loves eating avocados, reading books, watching sunsets, spending time with family and & exploring every corner of the planet.

This autumn retreat has been designed to allow you to deeply re-tune your inner rhythm with that of the surrounding nature, drawing on both its energising yang power and its enveloping yin softness. It is the ideal time to release and let go but also to focus on our inner warmth, to establish comforting routines and to slow down our pace.

As the colours of Autumn twinkle and dance across the  magical countryside of Italy, we will spend a week together surrender by stunning views over rolling hills and olive groves. This retreat embraces the abundance of harvest time, offering a balance between yin and yang energies with daily yoga practises, meditation, breath-work, restoration and relaxation. 

We embrace the start of each day with a soulful and uplifting dynamic “yang” yoga practices (Vinyasa flow) that accommodates all levels. We will also explore various meditations and pranayama practices. Come late afternoon, you can enjoy a soothing guided relaxation, Yin or Restorative yoga. We will spend some magical time getting to know ourselves and feeling in harmony with life. All this deeper work will balance with free time for rest,  reading, contemplation, walks in nature, ceramic workshop, massages and light-hearted time.

Join Imogen for a week of diving deep into your respiratory system, exploring each day a different part of your body’s breathing apparatus that will increase your lung capacity.   As we open up these different breath doorways in the body you will, in turn, open the pathways in the body to receive consciousness.  You will begin to understand that what you take in on your breath becomes your tissues.  You will use your breath to create spaces in your energy channels.  These energy channels acting like transformation highways as the breath gives life to a bright, free, awakened you.  

Each morning will include a deep transformational vinyasa practice interwoven with meditations, self-enquiry, myofascial release and different pranayama (breath techniques).  Each evening you can join a lunar practice which will be either yin or restorative (or a combination of the two).  There will also be plenty of down-time to pause, to rest or to enjoy the sights and sounds of the local area.

Imogen North

Imogen hails from London, England and is now based in Harpenden, Hertfordshire.  She trained initially under the expert eye of Katy Appleton and primarily teaches Yin and dynamic Vinyasa flow descended from the Krishnamacharya lineage.  

Imogen enhanced her teaching becoming one of Judith Hanson Lasater’s Relax and Renew® certified restorative yoga teachers and continues to train with her teacher Tiffany Cruikshank towards her Yoga Medicine® Therapeutic Specialist certification. 

Imogen is passionate about helping people make changes in their lives. Her teaching fuses anatomy, physiology and biomechanics with traditional Eastern yogic practices; tantra, ritual, and a deep reverence for nature.  

Imogen’s teaching honours the lineages of all of her teachers and through her teaching she hopes to inspire possibility and encourage self-awareness, awakening your authentic creativity as a yoga practitioner in the modern world. Imogen fiercely believes that yoga is for everyone, that it is a vital tradition that transcends all race and religion, fundamental in all of our lives more so now than ever before.

Our signature Yoga & Culinary Retreats are perfect for those interested in plant- based cuisine eager to learn more or simply get inspired.

Join us for a week of cultivation. We will be learning how to move from fear to faith.  Cultivating the mind and body of the spiritual warrior, rising above our own limitations, remaining unattached to the outcomes of life circumstances, staying centered and physically, mentally and emotionally.  

Through the week we will explore three pathways; action, devotion and knowledge. You will begin to connect to the strength, stability and power that already lies within you leaving the week standing strong in your true self. As you return to the battlefield we call life you will be empowered to live a life of integrity and truth, embracing your full warrior potential.

This retreat is about tapping into your warrior potential.  Often in life what really holds us back from our own power is our fears.

In a series of three workshops, Caro will take you on a culinary journey that will provide a chance to acquire essential kitchen skills and insights. With her background in vegan cooking and holistic health these workshops offer you a unique opportunity to explore the synergy of delectable plant-based cuisine and well-being. While delving into some of Caro’s favorite recipes, you’ll find your culinary creativity stimulated throughout the entire retreat. 

In the afternoons, we’ll gather to explore the topics of

  • Meal Prep: creating delicious meals, despite a busy schedule. Caro will introduce you to some fundamental concepts which you can apply to your individual lifestyle.
  • Plant-based Protein: learn more about this vital component to find ideas and inspiration for your personal cooking.
  • Simple & Healthy Desserts: discover the sweet, yet healthy world of vegan desserts.

Hast du grundsätzlich Vertrauen ins Leben? Hörst du immer auf dein Bauchgefühl oder triffst du Entscheidungen eher zum Wohle der anderen? Achtest du deine Grenzen? Beim ‘Inner Wisdom Retreat’ mit Stefanie Jacoba üben wir, unserer eigenen, inneren Stimme wieder mehr Raum zu verschaffen, denn unser innerer Kompass kennt den Weg. Wir müssen uns nur daran erinnern.

Am Morgen erwarten dich energetisierende, fordernde Yoga Einheiten, um erst einmal ganz in den Körper und ins Fühlen zu kommen. In der Praxis testen wir spielerisch unsere eigenen Grenzen aus und schauen, wo wir Rückzug, Ruhe und Space brauchen und wo uns Verbindung und ein über Grenzen hinaus tasten gut tut. So baust du Stück für Stück mehr Verbindung zu deiner inneren Stimme auf und lernst, sie stärker zu achten und wahrzunehmen.

Auch der Atem verrät viel darüber, wie es uns auf mentaler und emotionaler Ebene geht und wie gut wir mit uns selbst in Verbindung stehen. Stefanie arbeitet mit verschiedenen Atemtechniken, um althergebrachte Atem-Muster aufzubrechen und zu mehr Fokus und Konzentration zu finden. So kann Platz für Neues entstehen.

Am Nachmittag erwarten dich entweder spielerische Skill Workshops, in denen du dich an herausfordernden Asanas üben und deinen körperlichen Horizont erweitern kannst, oder sanfte Einheiten, in denen wir mit passiven  Stretches und feinstofflichen Visualisierungs-Übungen zu einer klaren, inneren Ausrichtung finden können.

Mittelstufe. Du solltest eine regelmäßige Asana Praxis haben und Lust auf dynamische, fordernde Klassen.

Meine Lehre dient der Vertiefung der Verbindung zwischen dem eigenen Körper und Seele sowie zu anderen Menschen. Durch die Kombination von integrativer Ausrichtung, Pranayama, Visualisierungen und meditativer elektronischer Musik unterstütze ich dich dabei, dein authentisches Selbst zu entfesseln. Wie oft suchen wir im Außen was uns glücklich macht? Wie oft treffen wir Entscheidungen, weil es gesellschaftlich anerkannt wäre und verlieren dabei den Blick auf uns und unser Herz?

Das Free Spirit Retreat soll dir wieder mehr Zugang und Vertrauen zu dir schenken, um dein Herz öffnen und ein Leben zu führen, dass dich wirklich glücklich macht. 

Alle Entscheidungen, die wir im Außen treffen bringen uns oft weg von dem, was unser Herz eigentlich will und wir verschließen uns vor dem Fluss des Lebens. Je mehr wir vertrauen, desto mehr fangen wir wieder an auf unsere innere Stimme zu hören. Das Leben ist zu kurz, um es so zu leben, dass die anderen glücklich sind und du auf der Strecke bleibst. Schenk dir eine Woche Auszeit, nimm dir Zeit für dich  den Blick wieder nach innen zu richten und dir zu erlauben, dich vom Leben tragen zu lassen, indem wir wieder mehr ins fühlen kommen und weg gehen vom überdenken. 

Jeder Tag beginnt in Stille mit einer Meditation gefolgt von einer dynamischen Yoga Einheit. 

Am Nachmittag nehmen wir uns Zeit, um nach innen zu schauen. Wir variieren das Nachmittagsprogramm mit entspannenden Yoga Einheiten, Journal anstoßen, Traumreisen oder Embodiment.

Die Yogapraxis hat Christina gelehrt sich so zu nehmen und akzeptieren wie sie ist. Entscheidungen aus dem Herzen zu treffen und immer wieder bei sich ankommen.

Geprägt durch ihre frühere Zeit als Tänzerin sind ihre Klassen verspielt, dynamisch und körperlich fordernd.

In ihrem Unterricht möchte sie dir einen Raum schaffen, in dem du dich frei machen darfst von all den äußerlichen Erwartungen und dir erlauben darfst bei dir anzukommen, im Hier und Jetzt. In ihren Klassen verschmelzen Tradition und Moderne wie ein Tanz ineinander. Du tauchst über die Atmung und Bewegung zu elektronischen Klängen in deiner Zone ab. Christina bringt dich an deine körperlichen Grenzen auf eine liebevolle Art und Weise und lässt dich erkennen, dass du zu jeder Zeit in dir vollkommen bist.

Life can be hectic, keeping us on a hamster wheel of thoughts and worries. On this retreat, you’re invited to break free from this state of being by opening and listening to the wisdom of your heart – out of your head, into your heart.

Each day, we’ll flow through our yoga practice, carried by inspiring musical vibrations, and sing mantras that fill us with joy. We’ll use the breath to soothe our nerves and take deep rest with Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra, creating the stillness we need to see ourselves as we really are. And we’ll use the stories and myths behind the asanas as a playful way of understanding life’s universal themes – and looking at our own situations with a fresh perspective.

This shared journey will remind you that you are part of a bigger whole and connect you to the abundant joy that comes with this experience. You’ll learn to let sadness and pain flow through you, gently widening your compassion towards yourself and others. Fleur van Hille 

Fleur has been a student and teacher of yoga since 2009 when her career as a professional dancer transformed into a love for yoga’s physical postures, breathing exercises, mantras, and meditation. Since then, her training has spanned the globe and expanded to include advanced postures, philosophy, yoga nidra, and yoga therapeutics.

As a teacher, Fleur is creative and supportive. Her playlists offer a carefully crafted, steady beat that will carry you through flowing transitions and intentional holds. She offers options for all levels, so everyone feels held and at ease, and if there is one thing that characterizes her classes, workshops, and retreats, it is the feeling of being connected. She brings a warmth and joy to her classes that open the door for her students to experience both playfulness and stillness.

Fleur has been teaching yoga retreats with Yoga Spirit Circle since the very beginning. She has returned again and again because her retreats offer a truly profound experience of yoga. She will both guide you and inspire you to explore yoga as a way of living and an experience—one in which our hearts expand to include all of life as one spiritual whole.
