Wild Roots

Wild Roots

All Level ✺ 11 - 17 Oct 2026 ✺ Olea, Rieti, Italy

Inner Glow

Inner Glow

All Level ✺ 16- 22 August 2026 ✺ Olea, Rieti, Italy

The height of summer invites us to slow down and soak in its golden warmth. Under the season of Leo — the sign of heart, radiance, courage and self-expression — nature reaches its fullest bloom, and so can we. August becomes an invitation to expand, reconnect with our inner light, and shine with ease.

This retreat offers a pause from daily rush, nestled among rolling hills, ancient olive trees, and the quiet beauty of the Italian countryside. If you’ve been carrying too much or moving too fast, consider this your call to rest — to return to yourself, rediscover your inner glow, and restore balance between energy and stillness.

Through mindful practice, rest, and connection, we’ll explore how to live from our centre, cultivating a steady radiance within and around us. Mornings will open with vibrant vinyasa; afternoons will soften into Yin, restorative yoga, and Yoga Nidra. Meditation and breathwork will guide you toward clarity and calm. Between sessions, there’s time to simply be — wander the olive groves, rest in the shade, sunbathe by the pool, write, dream, and watch the light shift across the landscape.

Come exactly as you are — a place of warmth, ease, and heartfelt connection awaits you.

Vera Bettiol Vera is an E-RYT 500 YA certified yoga instructor & former YTT lead. Vera is specialized in Vinyasa, Yin Yoga, Hormone Yoga Therapy (HYT), Meditation, EFT and crystal bowl sound-healing.

Garden of Wisdom

Garden of Wisdom

All Level ✺ 27 Sep- 3 Oct 2026 ✺ Olea, Rieti, Italy

Ease into Autumn

Ease into Autumn

All Level ✺ 4- 10 October 2026 ✺ Olea, Rieti, Italy

A week of yoga, connection and inner steadiness in motion

Life is always moving; through seasons, through shifts in our minds and bodies, through the different roles and rhythms we find ourselves in. Practicing yoga in flow is a powerful way to reflect and embody how we move through life itself: adjusting, responding, staying open, and finding steadiness within change.

This retreat is an invitation to explore what it means to flow, both on the mat and in your daily life. Through dynamic vinyasa yoga sessions, partner practices, mantra singing, and calmer afternoon sessions, we’ll explore the different layers of flow: physical, emotional, and energetic.

Rather than resisting change or holding tension, we learn to meet each moment with presence and flexibility. We’ll use yoga as a practical tool to reconnect to the part of us that remains steady, even when life feels fast, full or uncertain.

There will be space for reflection and sharing, to move forward in life with more ease, trust, and a sense of freedom.

This retreat is for anyone who wants to reconnect with themselves, build resilience, and rediscover the natural rhythm between effort and ease — between structure and flow.

Fleur van Hille
People often describe me as a warm and sunny person with an intuitive approach to teaching yoga. I like hearing this description because it shows that I’ve made a real connection with my students. And if there’s one thing about yoga that I love the most and which characterises my classes, workshops and retreats, it’s the feeling of being connected.

A retreat offers us the possibility of a truly profound experience of yoga. Surrounded by nature and among like-minded people from every corner of the world, a unique journey unfolds. Conversations open up, emotions are untapped, and discoveries are made…

In the quiet of each morning, we begin our yoga practice in stillness, taking time to anchor our awareness in the present moment through a guided breathing exercise, a meditation or visualisation. Then, drawing on the energy of the rising sun and the freshness of a brand-new day, I lead you through a vinyasa flow that is both gentle and energising.

During the dip in energy that tends to follow lunchtime, the sessions slow down, allowing for a deeper exploration of the techniques and practices encountered earlier in the day. There’s also plenty of time for sinking into a profound state of relaxation with restorative or yin yoga, or even yoga nidra (yogic sleep) – sometimes accompanied by mantras, music, or myths.

Courage & Lightness

Courage & Lightness

All Level ✺ 23- 29 August 2026 ✺ Olea, Rieti, Italy

Loslassen erfordert Mut.

Annina Lingens (Advanced Certified Jivamukti Yoga Teacher)

Alchemy

Alchemy

Intermediate ✺ 2- 8 August 2026 ✺ Olea, Rieti, Italy

The term “alchemy” is often used metaphorically to describe processes of transformation and creation, a process that results in a profound shift from a fragmented state towards a newly integrated state of being. Just as ancient alchemists sought to transmute base metals into gold, this metaphorical alchemy represents the pursuit of inner refinement and expansion.

During this week, beyond the hustle culture of daily life, you’ll be invited to take the introspective space required for the delicate process of inner transformation. Yogic practices provide us with very tools needed for turning inwards.

The asana practice will be Jivamukti, a dynamic vinyasa designed to bring a deep sense of connection and awareness to our body and mind. Each morning will start with chanting, meditation & pranayama, followed by a deep & purposeful asana practice. The afternoons will be dedicated to going deeper into our understanding and exploration of meditation, pranayama and asana.

Rowena Johnson

Rowena is an Advanced Certified Jivamukti Yoga teacher, and a 200hr & 300hr teacher trainer, who has been practicing yoga since 2008.

With a personal practice of Ashtanga and Jivamukti, Rowena’s classes are strong, purposeful and interspersed with personal insights, spoken word and uplifting music. The alchemy created is inspiring and potent, far beyond the mat.

Whilst based in Berlin, Rowena teaches internationally on yoga teacher trainings, workshops and retreats.

If you want to take a class with Rowena you can find her at Three Boons Yoga in Berlin (also online classes) or try the yoga video we’ve  recorded with her last year.

Pilates: Centered

Centered - A Pilates Retreat

All Level ✺ 9- 15 August 2026 ✺ Olea, Rieti, Italy

Was bedeutet Körpermitte?

about the place
It doesn’t seem possible that OLEA is less than an hour’s drive from the crowded streets of Rome. With lush, abundant grounds of its own, along with a natural spring and a magnificent wooden yoga platform which overlooks the valley below, this is a truly magical place that’s ideal for spiritual practice, slowing down, and plunging oneself into nature. Fresh perspectives

Fresh perspectives

Intermediate ✺ 26 April- 2 May 2026 ✺ Olea, Rieti, Italy

A week of shared practice, reflection, and fresh perspective

Immerse yourself in the flow of the retreat, sharing practice and finding fresh perspectives to carry forwards.

Through the tools and techniques of yoga, we’ll explore presence and awareness, noticing how these qualities extend beyond the mat into our daily lives. This retreat offers a sanctuary to reset and reconnect — through movement, self-inquiry, and community. Unplug to recharge, build meaningful connections with like-minded souls, and gather fresh energy for the season ahead.

We’ll cultivate balance in body and mind through a thoughtful blend of Vinyasa, Yin, and self-care practices. Workshops invite you to go deeper, build confidence, and discover new insights to integrate into your practice at home.

Each morning begins with dynamic flow, encouraging you to explore your own potential and possibility. Evening sessions invite a slower pace — restorative, Yin, and Myofascial release practices designed to nurture, unwind, and restore.

Léa Hatahet
Léa is from France – she lived in Japan and Dubai during her studies and then moved to Brussels, where she has been teaching yoga for the last 4 years. A lifelong lover of movement, she discovered yoga in 2015 after years of practicing track and field and several injuries.

In recognising that weA are all unique, Léa seeks to support her students by meeting them where they are. She encourages exploring movements and options to suit individual bodies and experiences. Over the last 2 years, Léa has completed her 300-hour Awakening Yoga training with Patrick Beach and Carling Harps. Teaching both vinyasa and yin with an insight into intelligent sequencing and mobility, she will help you to make your way to more advanced poses, find a free and open practice or equally slow down through a safe, supportive, and step-by-step approach.

When not teaching, Léa loves hiking, taking pictures, visiting neighbourhood coffee shops and exploring movement in various forms.

More about Léa

Paul McConnell
Paul teaches Awakening Yoga which is a progressive yoga system with an emphasis on ritual and self inquiry.

He discovered yoga initially whilst working as a nurse, being quite physically active but not proactively looking after his body. From there he discovered everything else that the practice has to offer. As a teacher he has continued to develop his understanding through Advanced teacher training, breath work with The Oxygen Advantage, mobility approaches with FRC and training with his own coaches and teachers.

Everyone is welcome to classes designed to offer a complete practice encouraging personal exploration, potentiality, and freedom of movement.

Space to breathe

Space to breathe

All Level ✺ 19- 25 April 2026 ✺ Olea, Rieti, Italy

Our capacity to breathe is our capacity to feel.  It is our capacity to live in this world and be sensitive.  Our breath is our most primal connection to life.  It is through our breath that spirit moves through us.

Join Imogen for a week of diving deep into your respiratory system, exploring each day a different part of your body’s breathing apparatus that will increase your lung capacity.   As we open up these different breath doorways in the body you will, in turn, open the pathways in the body to receive consciousness.  You will begin to understand that what you take in on your breath becomes your tissues.  You will use your breath to create spaces in your energy channels.  These energy channels acting like transformation highways as the breath gives life to a bright, free, awakened you.

Each morning will include a deep transformational vinyasa practice interwoven with meditations, self-enquiry, myofascial release and different pranayama (breath techniques).  Each evening you can join a lunar practice which will be either yin or restorative (or a combination of the two).  There will also be plenty of down-time to pause, to rest or to enjoy the sights and sounds of the local area.

Imogen North

Imogen hails from London, England and is now based in Harpenden, Hertfordshire.  She trained initially under the expert eye of Katy Appleton and primarily teaches Yin and dynamic Vinyasa flow descended from the Krishnamacharya lineage.

Imogen enhanced her teaching becoming one of Judith Hanson Lasater’s Relax and Renew® certified restorative yoga teachers and continues to train with her teacher Tiffany Cruikshank towards her Yoga Medicine® Therapeutic Specialist certification.

Imogen is passionate about helping people make changes in their lives. Her teaching fuses anatomy, physiology and biomechanics with traditional Eastern yogic practices; tantra, ritual, and a deep reverence for nature.

Imogen’s teaching honours the lineages of all of her teachers and through her teaching she hopes to inspire possibility and encourage self-awareness, awakening your authentic creativity as a yoga practitioner in the modern world. Imogen fiercely believes that yoga is for everyone, that it is a vital tradition that transcends all race and religion, fundamental in all of our lives more so now than ever before.

Seeds of Change

Seeds of Change - fully booked

Intermediate ✺ 5-11 October 2025 ✺ Olea, Rieti, Italy

Plant and nurture seeds of change as we come together to share practice just after the seasons change.

Embracing this idea we will use the tools and techniques from our yoga practice to find presence and awareness, thinking about how this not only relates to moments on the mat, but the wider world and our lifestyles. This retreat is designed as a sanctuary for resetting and fostering deep connection – through movement, self-exploration, and community. Unplug to recharge, build lasting bonds with like-minded individuals, and gather renewed energy for the season ahead.

We will find balance in our physical bodies through a thoughtful mix of Vinyasa, Yin and self care practices and offer fresh perspectives.

There will be opportunities to go deeper in workshops, building confidence and offering many new ideas to take home with you.

In the morning we flow and as a practitioner, you are free to find opportunity and potential in the practice. Evening practice embraces a change of pace, prompting us to slow down and care for our bodies in a different way integrating restorative, yin and Myofascial release.
