Release

All Level ✺ 3- 10 September 2026 ✺ Šiaurys, Lithuania

We will meet as the height of summer fades into cooler days. Autumn is a time of harvest, of gratitude, of taking stock, and of celebration. It is also a time of searching within, of reflection, and of remembering.

As the days become shorter, we will learn how to embrace the magic of this transitory season—a time when what is old and no longer serving us falls away, leaving only what is most essential. We will tap into our intuition through embodied movements and explore tools and resources that highlight what is most essential within us, reading both body and mind for the release this season calls for. Together, we’ll explore themes of letting go, gratitude, remembering, and change. We’ll dive deep into our intuition to find what is required of us to move into the quiet and reemerge in a state of rebirth as a more flowing and easeful expression of our deepest selves.

We’ll begin our days with reflective meditations and embodied vinyasa practices that will challenge our bodies to open, recall, and simplify. In the afternoons, we’ll turn inward to softer practices that remind us of the power of deep rest and gentle reflection. Our evenings will include options for yoga nidra and restorative yoga. Come as you are, radiant from the summer heat or weary and ready to release. A wellspring of warmth, comfort, and reflection is waiting for you.

Lauren Simonis

Hello beautiful humans, I’m Lauren, and I’ve been a yoga teacher for six years, a facilitator for twenty, and a lover of intimate, shared experiences my entire life. I believe in the magic of people coming together to share their lives in a way that leaves them somehow more fully themselves. Yoga offers an opportunity to do just that. As a yoga teacher, I am often described as joyful and playful. My classes are filled with light-hearted invitations to explore new movements, cues for somatic engagement, mobility exercises, and regular reminders that every body practicing yoga will look a little different—and that is beautiful! My goal is to help you connect to your spirit, your strength, and your sense of fun. I moved to Portugal from the U.S. in 2016, and that’s where my passion for yoga grew from a hobby, to a habit, to a passion. I first began teaching aerial yoga and then expanded my training to include vinyasa, hatha, yin, and myofascial release when I realized how much joy my students brought me. Over the last five years, I have become increasingly engaged with embodiment and somatic approaches to yoga. With these experiences, I found myself immersed more and more in yogic spaces, and in them, I found opportunities to nurture my students through healing, love, and support.

Belonging

Belonging

All Level ✺ 31 Jan- 5 Feb 2026 ✺ La Viñuela, Andalusia, Spain

This is a women-only retreat.

Beneath the winter sun, we’ll examine what it means to belong to oneself. What are the pieces that are deeply yours? What is yours to carry, and what have you been holding for others that it is perhaps time to release? What do the pieces of you need to feel fully integrated, deeply loved?

As the days slowly begin to lengthen, we will embrace every version of ourselves through the magic of long nights and quiet days—a time when what is old has time to compost to nourish all that we will create. We’ll begin our days with reflective meditations and embodied vinyasa practices that will challenge our bodies to open, embrace, and simplify. In the afternoons, we’ll turn inward to somatic practices to release the burdens we carry, settle our nervous systems, and call in the power of deep rest. We will tap into our intuition through embodied emotional release practices, yin yoga, and somatic tools and resources that will highlight what is most essential within us, reminding you that you have always belonged to yourself.

Dark, cool evenings will turn cozy with practices like yoga nidra and restorative yoga, and together, we will explore themes of self-love, self-knowledge, and authenticity. We’ll dive deep into our intuition to find what is required of us to move through winter’s quiet and reemerge in a state of rebirth as a more flowing, accepting, and easeful expression of our deepest selves.

Come as you are—radiant from the holiday season or ready for rest. A wellspring of warmth, comfort, and belonging is waiting for you.

Lauren Simonis

Hello beautiful humans, I’m Lauren, and I’ve been a yoga teacher for nine years, a facilitator for twenty, and a lover of all-female spaces my entire life. Nothing brings me more joy than the magic of women coming together and the profound sense of belonging and deep love that emerges. Yoga and embodiment practices offer the opportunity to do just that.

I moved to Portugal from the U.S. in 2016, and that’s where my passion for yoga evolved from a hobby to a habit to a passion. I first began teaching aerial yoga and then expanded my training to include vinyasa, hatha, yin, restorative, yoga nidra, and myofascial release when I realized how much joy my students brought me. Since 2020, I have become increasingly engaged with somatic movement and embodied yoga. With these experiences, I’ve found more and more opportunities to nurture my students through healing, love, and support. My approach combines a passion for softness and rest with a deep connection to the wild and untamed that vibrates within us all.

As a yoga teacher, I am often described as joyful and playful. My classes are filled with light-hearted invitations to explore new movements and power, cues for somatic engagement, mobility exercises, and regular reminders that every body practicing yoga will look a little different—and that is beautiful! My goal is to help you connect to your spirit, your strength, and your sense of fun.

Wild Feminine

Wild Feminine

All Level ✺ 15- 21 May 2025 ✺ Casa Erica, Málaga, Spain

Every day, we walk in the depths of a deeply masculine world, but endless possibilities are waiting for us when we step into the sacred circle of sisterhood.

In this women-only retreat, we will tap into the many aspects of feminine expression like creativity, flow, rest, intuition, and the untamed. We’ll learn to disconnect from the top-down, rule-oriented structures that bracket our daily lives and dissolve into a more vibrant, pulsing, alive sense of self that radiates from the inside out.

Each morning, we will step onto our mats for embodied vinyasa flows where we will connect to our sense of strength and power through fluid and intuitive movement. In the evenings, we will reclaim our softness through nourishing yin yoga, myofascial release, and embodied movement sessions. Breathwork, journaling, and somatic expression will help us build a solid foundation for self-connection and nervous system regulation.

Throughout the week, we will tap a toe into the magic of living alongside our natural, feminine rhythms and form a circle of sisterhood where we can hold space for one another and breathe in the healing of our shared experiences. We will find a deeper connection to ourselves and to one another, returning home with a more profound understanding of the wild and vibrant pulse beating within us all.

This retreat is open to all bodies walking in the expression of femininity. If you identify in another way and still wish to attend, Lauren is very open to hearing from you. She can either discuss whether this event will support you, or she can direct you toward other practitioners who can hold the best possible space for you.

Every day, we walk in the depths of a deeply masculine world, but endless possibilities are waiting for us when we step into the sacred circle of sisterhood.

In this women-only retreat, we will learn from, connect with, and co-create alongside one another. We will explore many avenues of self-expression through daily yoga and meditation, as well as movement, breath, journaling, and embodiment practices. We will tap a toe into the magic of living alongside our natural, feminine rhythm, and we will support one another as equals as we move into our shadows to shine new light on the beauty that is flowing within us all.

Throughout our retreat, we will form a circle of sisterhood where we can hold space for one another and breathe in the healing of our shared experiences. Through the enchantment of self-expression, we will find a deeper connection to ourselves and to one another, leaving our week together to return home with a more profound understanding of the magic pulsing within all of us.

An important note: This retreat is open to all bodies walking in the expression of femininity. If you identify in another way and still wish to attend, we are so open to hearing from you and we can either discuss whether this event will support you, or we can direct you towards other practitioners who hold the best possible space for you.

Lauren Simonis

Hello beautiful humans! I’m Lauren and I’ve been a yoga teacher for five years, a facilitator for twenty, and a lover of all-female spaces my entire life. I believe there is magic when women come together and share their experiences. There is a sacred divinity that lives in each of us just waiting to be brought to the surface, and sometimes, a room filled with other voices calling out, “Yes, sister!” is exactly what we need to leave feeling a deeper sense of love and devotion to all of the magic that lives inside of us.

Lauren moved to Portugal from the U.S. in 2016 and that’s where her passion for yoga grew from a hobby, to a habit, to a passion. She first began teaching aerial yoga and then expanded her training to include vinyasa, hatha, yin, and myofascial release when she realised how much joy her students brought her. With these experiences, she found herself immersed more and more in all-female spaces, and in them, she found the healing, love, and support she had been craving all her life. These experiences inspired her to take additional training in creating sacred spaces for women so she could share the magic she found within them.

ceramics workshop

with Danyela @totumaceramics, duration: 3.5 hours

We love the meditating effect working with clay has! Just like in yoga there is no pressure, you can enjoy the process. If you have experience already or not – it is always nice to join the workshop. Maybe it is going to be a new inspiration you take home with you and find a ceramics course back home?!

During this workshop you will learn how to hand-build either a cup or a mug (or whatever you like) with a technique called Neriage, in which colored clays are used to create a unique marble effect on each piece.
This workshop is suitable for everyone, as no prior experience is necessary.
All materials are included, and you will be able to take your piece home.

If you want to explore your creativity through your hands this is a great opportunity!

all yoga equipment is available at our retreat location, as well as towels & bed linen. we’ll let you know what’s good to bring, a few days before your retreat.
