A week of vinyasa flow for those who love a creative, uplifting practice!

This weeks morning dynamic vinyasa classes will take you on a journey through your body linking asanas with funky transitions in a safe, progressive way to allow the body and mind to open up and your practice to flourish! 
The restorative evening classes will leave you deeply relaxed. Set to a beautiful soundtrack of Indian mantras, the practice combines elements of yin yoga with the touch of Thai Yoga Massage.

About the teacher

Having performed professionally as a dancer, Jenn discovered yoga as a way to rehabilitate the frequent injuries that are so common with professional dancers. She began to experience the profound effect that yoga has on body and mind.

Jenn teaches a creative Vinyasa Flow. Her style continues to evolve as she immerses herself in the practice with incredible yogis all over the world. She is passionate about making yoga accessible yet challenging and connecting her students to the practice’s higher purpose as a vehicle for self acceptance and gratitude.

Jenn was teaching her first two Retreats in September 2016 for Yoga Spirit Circle and we absolutely fell in love with her uplifting yoga classes, full of beats and dance elements but also very profounding experiences of awareness.

About the place

Free time can be spend to discover the surrounding nature, sun bathing at the beach or at the pool with your fellow yogis or maybe you feel like getting a massage on our beautiful terrace. Between the brunch and the afternoon yoga session there is time for all that. If you are getting a bit hungry you can order a Smoothie or another snack.
