ABOUT THE YOGA

Imagine living liberated and with the veil of ignorance lifted? Your thinking and perception, clear. Your connection to your deepest self, stronger and unshakeable.
On this retreat you will learn how to channel your inner spiritual warrior, to help combat lifes challenges and respond from a place of love, light and awareness. During this week, you will discover practices that show you how to be kind and compassionate with yourself and others, and how this simple shift in thinking can revolutionise your life.
Morning yoga practice will be a powerful Budokon, a mindful practice of martial arts and yoga. Beginning with the Budokon Primary Series, so you can understand what it means to break out of the classical yoga movement patterns for more freedom in the body and mind.

Afternoon sessions will cultivate a softer state, with specific focus on releasing yin energy while practicing meditation and mindful activities.
Together as a group we will consider and reflect - How can I integrate awareness into my daily life? How can my mind become clearer and my actions current?
Every day we will face a new, manageable challenge as a path to learning how to become a spiritual warrior; it could be a digital detox or a beach clean up: prepare to be surprised!
