About the place

This place feels so undisturbed, like something from a dream or a much-loved book. Tucked among the olive groves and rolling green hills of central Italy, it doesn’t seem possible that ‘In Sabina’ is less than an hour’s drive from the crowded streets of Rome.

With lush, abundant grounds of its own, along with a natural spring and a magnificent wooden yoga platform which overlooks the valley below, this is a truly magical place that’s ideal for spiritual practice, slowing down, and plunging oneself into nature.

The experience doesn’t stop when you close the door on the outside world either, with the rooms inside the two restored 17th century stone buildings decorated in a simple, natural style. Inside or out, this is a place where guests are truly embraced by Mother Nature.

About this week

When did you last feel truly alive - high on life, full of wonder, energised and guided by a mysterious greater force? As we go through life, we can easily lose sight of the bigger picture, focusing instead on our personal stories and dramas. We let go of our sense of connection to nature and others, and we stop making time for the things that set our soul on fire and ignite our passion…
During this week-long retreat amidst the stunning Italian countryside, you’ll be brought back a state of feeling alive in life, of being inspired and feeling in tune

with everything and everyone around you. This retreat is an invitation to explore your being in every aspect - the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual parts of yourself – so that you can dissolve any ‘blocks’ that stand in your way and begin to soak up the magic! Join Natasha Moutran as she carefully guides you through a variety of soul-stirring traditions including yoga, movement, meditation, breath work and more. Unlock your spirit as we dive into these potent practices from a place of love and respect, awakening ourselves in a nurturing and compassionate way.

Be part of a community of likeminded creatures, karmically brought together for a week like no other.
Take time, too, to visit the area’s tiny ancient villages, join in a ceramic workshop, and simply enjoy being in your own company and among your spiritual brothers and sisters, as you step outside of your daily routine and arrive in the present moment.

Teaching Language: english
Level: All levels from Yoga beginners to experienced Yogis are welcome.

Ceramic Workshop

During the week we will have the chance to get creative with clay in a nearby ceramic atelier.

Different methods will be explained, for example coiling and slabbing - two of the most ancient method of forming vessels with clay. This is a wonderfully meditative technique. In your own pace you will be able to create interesting and unique work.

In one or two afternoon sessions (2- 2,5 hours each) you will be able to work in a small group on your objects.

Friday we will decorate and fire the objects (Raku method).
The workshop is optional. For planning purpose we ask you to sign up during the booking process (there will be a check box).
