Calling all Warriors, join us for a week to celebrate and explore all that your body can do. Whether you are already a disciplined athlete or looking to kick start a stronger relationship with your body & mind this retreat is for you.
You will have the opportunity to start your mornings with fresh air, cardio, & group motivation. Our morning yoga that follows will begin traditionally with long holds in order to access your inner warrior.
Integrated into your morning yoga practice will be several conditioning techniques targeting key muscle groups in the body. Each morning will end with a meditation practice to build endurance & peace of will & mind.


Our evenings are for seconds on the days energy is on our side or for restoration. Without proper release & relaxation the body & mind you’ve worked so hard has no room to flourish. Enjoy evenings of deep stretching, extra support, and sound baths. On days we have the energy for more, evenings will feature HIIT training & Calisthenics. It’s time to let your inner warrior roar & bask in the sun & sea!
By the end of the week you will be encouraged & supported in exploring the edges of your limits and the freedom in knowing and moving with your own breath.

Roxy Caicedo

Yoga Teacher

Five years of letting the wind and yoga world take her where it may, Roxy has found her niche and calling. She holds 500hr + certifications in hot, vinyasa, and yin yoga.
Having taught in all corners of the globe, from New York and India to Thailand, Berlin and Sweden, she has recently returned to the States to open her own studio in New Jersey.
As she guides you through your yoga practice, Roxy provides a space for you to play, explore and create - both on and off your mat. Roxy brings together elements of vinyasa, hatha, & yin yoga, to create a holistic practice that charges and strengthens your body and mind, whilst putting you into a deep state of relaxation and healing.
Above all else, Roxy aims to help others. She truly believes yoga can be of help to anyone and everyone. With yoga and meditation, she guides her students through self-analysis without judgement. She creates a space where you are comfortable to be yourself and feel good about it.

Arrival: First transfer from Málaga Airport to Casa Erica is at 12am, 3 times daily, optional and exclusive 20€ per person and direction.
Departure: Transfer from 8am till 11am.
You can also reach Casa Erica by public transport (takes about 1.5 hours).
