This workshop is an opportunity to allow yourself to create a space to intentionally focus on the goodness in your life.

You will create your own unique Gratitude Journal to cultivate and express your gratitude through your affirming words and art.

We will provide simple note books for you to personalize.

Right down at the beach we are going to practice our asanas in the natural splendor of floating on water.

You will learn more about how to do arm-balances with greater mindfulness and ease. This fun and challenging workshop of arm-balances is for all levels.

To get stronger it is always useful to add a small sequence of arm balances to your daily practice! We will provide a brief handout to make the learning process easier for you!
