Chakra Journey

All Level ✺ 17- 23 August 2025 ✺ In Sabina, Rieti, Italy

The ancient Chakra system lies at the heart of yoga practice, serving as a blueprint for unlocking inner awareness and fostering self-care on every level. These seven main energy centers, residing within the subtle body, play a vital role in harmonizing the physical, psychological, and spiritual aspects of our being, thereby bridging the connection between mind, body, and spirit.

At their essence, these energy „wheels“ act as receptors, allowing us to explore and experience the diverse facets of our own reality.

During this retreat, we will encourage you to go within and explore the infinite realm of potentiality that exists within each of us. Through the practice of quieting the mind and simplifying our lives, we will connect with the power of the breath as the basis of our practice. We believe that the breath is the doorway to the mind and the key to unlocking our full potential.

Join us for a holistic journey as we delve into the practices of yoga asana, pranayama, mantra, and meditation to deepen our understanding, restore balance, and awaken the reservoir of strength and power that resides within us all.

Zarah Boden
Always fascinated at the grace and intelligence of the human body and guided by Spirit, Zarah has explored movement through yoga and dance for over 20 years. Coming from a background in ballet and jazz dance, she completed her first Yoga TTC in London,  going on to travel and further her learning in India with intensive studies of Astanga Vinyasa, Hatha, Pranayama and Indian Philosophy and various forms of bodywork and energy healing. She has also studied and practices Integrative Breathwork which incorporates breath awareness and conscious breathing for healing, growth, personal awakening and transformation.

Zarah greatest source of inspiration is the breath which you feel as she carefully weaves it into each of her classes.  The breath as a companion to unearth the depths of our being, a way to strip back the layers into our most authentic version and a path to cultivating balance of body and mind, to shine light on the infinite potential within.

about the place
It doesn’t seem possible that In Sabina is less than an hour’s drive from the crowded streets of Rome. With lush, abundant grounds of its own, along with a natural spring and a magnificent wooden yoga platform which overlooks the valley below, this is a truly magical place that’s ideal for spiritual practice, slowing down, and plunging oneself into nature.
