This winter, treat yourself to a retreat in the most southern part of Europe, where the sun graces the skies for many hours each day. Nestled in the stunning Andalusian mountains, you’ll stay in a beautifully designed house that offers both warmth and comfort with its cozy heating and crackling fireplaces. Surrounded by breathtaking views and tranquil nature, you’ll also savor delicious, plant-based meals prepared with love by our private retreat chef. This is the perfect setting to recharge and reconnect with yourself.
Each morning, we’ll flow through a vinyasa practice that is both gentle and energizing, inspired by the joy we can generate simply through movement. With thoughtfully curated music, these sessions will leave you feeling uplifted and connected to your inner vitality.
In the afternoons, we’ll embrace deep rest through restorative yoga and yoga nidra, allowing the body and mind to completely relax. During these peaceful moments, we’ll also explore the vibrational healing of mantra chanting. Mantras offer a unique way to bring focus and calm to your mind, as well as to foster a sense of connection within and around you.
Throughout the retreat, we’ll explore how ancient teachings—such as yoga philosophy, mantras, and their ties to Hindu mythology—can bring meaning and balance to our modern lives. Whether you’re new to mantras or have prior experience, you’ll be welcomed into an inclusive and supportive environment where you can participate at your own comfort level.
Come and join us for a deeply nourishing experience filled with warmth, movement, rest, and connection.
Fleur van Hille
People often describe me as a warm and sunny person with an intuitive approach to teaching yoga. I like hearing this description because it shows that I’ve made a real connection with my students. And if there’s one thing about yoga that I love the most and which characterises my classes, workshops and retreats, it’s the feeling of being connected.
A retreat offers us the possibility of a truly profound experience of yoga. Surrounded by nature and among like-minded people from every corner of the world, a unique journey unfolds. Conversations open up, emotions are untapped, and discoveries are made…
In the quiet of each morning, we begin our yoga practice in stillness, taking time to anchor our awareness in the present moment through a guided breathing exercise, a meditation or visualisation. Then, drawing on the energy of the rising sun and the freshness of a brand-new day, I lead you through a vinyasa flow that is both gentle and energising.
During the dip in energy that tends to follow lunchtime, the sessions slow down, allowing for a deeper exploration of the techniques and practices encountered earlier in the day. There’s also plenty of time for sinking into a profound state of relaxation with restorative or yin yoga, or even yoga nidra (yogic sleep) – sometimes accompanied by mantras, music, or myths.
