An enchanted House with private Lake access. This Retreat is an invitation to slow down, to listen deeply, and to return to what is essential.
Surrounded by ancient trees, soft moss, and the rhythm of nature, we’ll gather as a community to move, breathe, and reconnect. Between sessions, swim in the lake, walk among the trees, enjoy the sauna, or simply rest in stillness. We offer you a week of deep practice, shared meals, forest walks, and simple joys.
Mornings will open with dynamic Jivamukti Yoga, strong, soulful, and alive. Expect to sweat, to sing, to move with rhythm and heart. Our classes are infused with music, chanting, and philosophy, a full exploration of body, mind, and spirit.
Afternoons invite you to slow down. Through workshops we’ll explore themes that anchor us, the elements, the chakras, or ancient teachings that are relevant to our daily life. These sessions are about depth, curiosity, and play.
Evenings will gather us in Satsang, quiet moments of chanting, meditation, and reflection. A time to connect through sound, silence, and the forest’s hum around us.
We meet life with ease. We move and grow together with kindness, curiosity, and lightness.
Practicing in community and nature opens space for stillness, joy, and belonging. Remember your playful side by exploring nature.
If this speaks to you, come as you are—for solitude or connection, for silence or laughter.
We are Dana & Philippa! Each time we teach a retreat together, we are also asked to show up for each other and for the retreat group and each time we are even more surprised by the amount of love, joy and connection we get to experience.

Sauna Ritual
Experience a traditional sauna ritual guided by a Lithuanian Sauna Master — a journey that weaves together history, culture, and wellness. As gentle heat purifies the body and calms the mind, you’ll be invited to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with yourself. Between sauna sessions, you can cool off with an invigorating dip in the lake, embracing the natural rhythm of heat and water. The ritual is a highlight of the retreat, and you’ll also have the opportunity to enjoy the sauna on three additional occasions during your stay.
Educational Walk in Labanoras Forest
Join a peaceful and eye-opening walk through the beautiful Labanoras Forest, guided by a local biologist who knows its secrets by heart. As you wander among ancient pines and soft moss paths, you’ll learn about the region’s unique ecosystems, native plants, and wildlife. This gentle exploration blends science with mindfulness — inviting you to slow down, observe closely, and reconnect with nature’s quiet wisdom.
