Begin your days with intentional movement designed to awaken both body and mind. The morning sessions emphasize Pilates practices that refine the mind-body connection through precise alignment, dynamic flows, and thoughtful transitions. Breathwork and visualization techniques are seamlessly interwoven, helping you find clarity and focus in your practice. These invigorating classes will leave you energized and inspired, ready to carry purpose and vitality into the rest of your day.
Afternoons invite a slower pace, alternating between restorative yoga and Pilates practices that release tension, improve mobility, and build mindful strength. Certain afternoons will offer focused sessions that target specific areas of the body. For the back and arms, the focus will be on strengthening posture, releasing tension, and bringing ease to the upper body. Lower body sessions will emphasize opening tight hips, activating glutes, and cultivating stability. Core connection classes will guide you in building deep core strength to support and enhance your overall practice.
