Have you been practicing yoga on a regular basis for a while? Are you eager to dive deeper into the physical practice and learn more about the philosophy?
This Retreat is for those who have been practicing yoga with great passion – for a few month or years. You know the names of common poses and you listen to your inner teacher. You are curious about trying an arm balance or inversion as well as sitting in meditation. Use this week to deepen and advance your practice.
Jenn is a very experienced Yoga Instructor with her very unique style and plenty of options, always delivered with a sense of humour to a killer playlist.
About the teacher
Having performed professionally as a dancer, Jenn discovered yoga as a way to rehabilitate the frequent injuries that are so common with professional dancers. She began to experience the profound effect that yoga has on body and mind.
Jenn teaches a creative Vinyasa Flow. Her style continues to evolve as she immerses herself in the practice with incredible yogis all over the world. She is passionate about making yoga accessible yet challenging and connecting her students to the practice’s higher purpose as a vehicle for self acceptance and gratitude.
Jenn was teaching her first two Retreats in September 2016 for Yoga Spirit Circle and we absolutely fell in love with her uplifting yoga classes, full of beats and dance elements but also very profounding experiences of awareness.
More about Jenn on her website.
