Rewilding is all about immersing in nature. Disconnect to connect on a deeper level with the nature inside and around you.
We will spend as much time as possible outside and in contact with nature. We will move naturally not only in class but also during barefoot walks or early morning ocean dips.
We want to experience all elements and their qualities: go deep and intense with FIRE, flow dynamically with WATER, gain clarity and lightness with AIR and feel strong and supported by EARTH.


Mornings will be about being playful, and ignite passion and strength by combining different styles of yoga with elements of mobility to move in a more natural way -not only on the mat, but in our everyday lives. In the afternoons we move in more gentle ways, by listening and feeling nature inside of us.

This week we will create an environment where everybody feels welcome, part of the community, and encouraged to be oneself, in order to get out of the daily routine and arrive in the present moment.

Vinyasa Yoga Teacher &
Wild Child

After practicing yoga for almost seven years, Christina decided to do a teacher training two years ago.
While working a full time office job as picture editor and photographer for several online fashion platforms, she felt the need to escape the daily consumption rush and found her balance in yoga and nature adventures.
Christina wants to share with you her asana and meditation practice as well as her understanding of how to live naturally even when not living in nature.

With her idea of Yoga she aims to make the yoga practice accessible for everybody - especially those who „can’t even touch the toes“. With mobility and stretching elements as well as her interest in anatomy and proper alignment of the asanas she teaches classes which are focusing on stability and strength.

Christina wants everybody to find her or his own practice, self-responsible and mindful about the body and his/her own capability and potential. Her classes are supported by energizing music and her playful and casual attitude combined with her hands-on assist let you feel in good hands.

Zwischen Málaga und Nerja, direkt an der andalusischen Mittelmeerküste liegt die Casa Erica. Es gibt keine direkten Nachbarn und keinen Straßenlärm. Zum Strand ist es nur ein kurzer Fußweg von 800m.
