Autumn marks the threshold between heady saturation of summer and the stillness of winter, a time to begin slowing down as we turn our attention from outer radiance towards inner luminosity. Aligning with nature’s rhythm of letting go, honouring the harvest of experiences and insights from the past months, and preparing the ground for the fertile ground of the magic dark of winter.
Each day unfolds through the arc of the season: morning practices to awaken, clarify and inspire, afternoon sessions for contemplation, inspiration and somatic release, and evenings for rest, reflection, and regeneration.
The retreat serves as a passage—out of excess, into essence.
