This Retreat is a unique experience to slow down, to rest, to reconnect with nature & to reconnect to yourself.
As we will be surrounded by nature, fresh air and the sound of the wind rustling the leaves, we will bring creative ways to weave yoga and self care into our everyday lives – calm, gentle, harmonious and nurturing as the healing of autumn season is. This week blends the symbolic power of the new moon with its energy of new beginnings and the start of a new season ~ Scorpio season ~ with its receptive, intuitive, and magnetic energy, with themes of creativity, emotional depth and deep introspection.
Picture starting your day with energizing and mindful vinyasa flow attuned to lunar rhythms, gentle breathwork, guided meditation and connecting in heartfelt community and then finishing your day with nourishing practices that can includes yoga nidra, restorative yoga and yin yoga where we will reach a place of quiet and calm.
As the crisp autumn air ushers in the season of change you’ll immerse in meaningful practices and personal reflection that help release old energies and cultivate fresh intentions. We will experience the healing powers of yoga on different levels to nourish body, mind and soul by grounding into the rhythms of Autumn.
When we combined yoga with the season and the lunar wisdom, the result is a potent synergy of stillness, self-discovery, and shared empowerment where we unlock an incredibly powerful tool to realign with ourselves and everything that surrounds us and we create shared moments that connect us as human beings. Simply come and be.

about the place
It doesn’t seem possible that Olea is less than an hour’s drive from the crowded streets of Rome. With lush, abundant grounds of its own, along with a natural spring and a magnificent wooden yoga platform which overlooks the valley below, this is a truly magical place that’s ideal for spiritual practice, slowing down, and plunging oneself into nature.
