Immerse yourself in the serene beauty of the Viñuela Mountains and embark on a soulful 5-day journey through the elements on our Embodying Nature’s Rhythms retreat. This transformative experience weaves the ancient practices of yoga with the powerful energies of earth, water, fire and air, exploring the interconnectedness of your body, mind and spirit.
Each day is dedicated to exploring the qualities of one element, inviting you to connect deeply with your inner and outer landscapes. Begin your mornings with dynamic Jivamukti Yoga, awakening body and mind with invigorating flows inspired by each element. Afternoons offer opportunities for reflection and creativity through guided workshops, journaling and nature-based activities such as silent walks and meditation.
Evenings are dedicated to calming Poetry and Yin Yoga practices, allowing you to wind down and integrate the day’s experiences in a nurturing and restorative way. Music, meditation and elemental rituals enhance these moments, fostering a deeper sense of balance and connection.
The retreat culminates in integration, celebrating the balance of all the elements in your body, mind and spirit. Each practice and activity is carefully designed to reconnect you with yourself and the rhythms of nature, leaving you renewed and balanced.
Nadja Steinbach
Advanced Certified Jivamukti Yoga Teacher
Nadja’s wanderlust is innate, nurtured by years of cultural immersion. With a background in organic farming and a commitment to combating climate change, her journey into Jivamukti Yoga seamlessly extended her path.
She believes that the practice of yoga is a place of individual growth and acceptance by bringing together different people with a common ground. Being together in this space creates an overwhelming sense of unity that we so often miss in our daily lives. Holding space for this and whatever unfolds is the magic of yoga.
Nadja has been taught to teach the kind of class she wants to attend. In her classes you will experience elements of pranayama and asana, music and meditation, as well as hands-on assists. Her passion is to infuse spiritual teachings into physical practice, making ancient wisdom accessible and relevant. Music sets the tone, weaving themes into playlists, while humor adds a touch of levity.
Nadja teaches regular classes in Munich at Yogaloft Munich and Jivamukti Yoga Munich.
