Dear Yogis,

to secure your booking we are asking now for a deposit of 30% (instead of 10%). The balance is due 6 weeks prior to retreat start.

A  travel cancellation insurance is highly recommended (covering refunds for getting covid before or during the retreat).
e.g. ADAC . You might have one through your credit card provider. 

We need a negative corona test (antigen or PCR) 48 hours prior to arrival via email. additionally we will test at check-in and during the retreat every guest needs to bring 6 self-tests. we ask participants during the week to take one or more tests for the groups safety.

No 2G or else needed anymore.

Depending on the current situation you might need to create a QR Code via the spanish Travel Health portal (https://www.spth.gob.es/) or via the App (Spain Health Travel) in order to travel to Andalusia. What is your hygiene concept during the retreats?

Both in Andalucia & Italy we have lots of space and all activities will take place outside (or with distance inside). We believe that getting infected at some point and during high infection times is unevitable – but through testing can be limited to the least number of people as possible. Therefore we were able to limit cases during retreats in 2022 to max. 1 person per retreat.  We also request guests to wear masks during transfers (arrival, departure and activities during retreats).

What are your booking policies?

You can secure your booking with a deposit of 30%. The remaining amount is due 6 weeks before retreat start. 

What are your cancellation policies?

Full refunds minus a 30€ admin fee will be paid for cancellations 6 weeks or more prior retreat start.

At any time you can provide a replacement participant.

You will receive full refund within 3 weeks in case you need to cancel your booking for any of these reasons: 

• a travel warning of the ministry of foreign affairs of the country of your residency or country of destination (Italy or Spain),
• a cancellation from our side as a result of government regulations or
• in case the 14/10 days self-quarantine will be imposed again.
