Using ancient techniques, we’ll surrender, release and settle into stillness, and remind ourselves of the rhythm at which our soul feels most alive, content and inspired.
To further encourage a sense of freedom in your being, and remove what binds you physically, mentally and emotionally, Natasha will take you on a beautiful healing journey by bathing you in the healing vibrations of sound.

Natasha has been practicing meditation and yoga for over 20 years now and has lived through an ever-changing practice which she delights in sharing with her students, always teaching from a place of authenticity and connectedness.
With a passion for music and a curiosity about alternative healing modalities, Natasha also offers Sound Healing Therapy in the form of sound baths and ceremonies and Reiki, often weaving together many disciplines in order to support her students and guide them to a deep space of healing and transformation.

corona measurements
we can only host guests which are vaccinated or recovered. certificates will be checked upon arrival. additionally we need a negative corona test 48 hours prior to arrival via email.
we have antigen tests on side and we might ask all participants during the week to take one or more tests for the groups safety.
