This unique retreat concept allows you to connect with your authentic Self and to create balance for body mind and soul. Away from everyday stress you will have the space to nourish yourself through two daily Yoga (Yin&Yang style) practices accompanied by a variety of somatic practices as well as breathwork and healthy balancing food! Additionally you will gain insight about how to maintain balance in life and tap into your full potential.
There will be plenty of free time to relax and time spend outside in nature to ease the fluctuations of the mind. Immerse yourself into the teachings of Yoga, allow nature to heal you and experience an unforgettable week full of movement breath and balance.
We will start our mornings with energizing Yang Style practices, working with somatic flows within the Hatha Yoga tradition.
Additionally there will be pranayama practices to support flow of energy.
The afternoons will be gentle and restorative (Yin Style). Balance is the key element of this retreat.
The practice will be suitable for all levels as Yoga is every body!
Depending on our flow, there will be a few extra highlights throughout the week such as Mantra and meditation practices.
When you’re not on your yoga mat, you are invited to join the series of culinary workshops that are unique to this retreat. There will be plenty of down-time to go for a stroll, sunbathe, swim in the sea and read.

about the place
Surrounded by mountains and sea, Casa Erica is very peacefully located on the coast of Andalusia, between Málaga and Nerja. It’s only a 600m walk to the beach. While being warmed by the sun you will enjoy the view over the countryside and the ocean. Between the yoga classes you can chill at the pool, enjoy a relaxing massage or discover the surroundings.
There is a lot to discover around Casa Erica. Once a week you can join a hike through cliffs, that ends at a hidden beach. At the weekly market you can buy souvenirs and culinary delights.
The Costa del Sol has a micro climate because it is sheltered from the northern winds by the Sierra Nevada. The sub-tropical vegetation brings us mediterranean and tropical fruits such as avocados, guavas, cherimoyas, figs or passion fruit, depending on the time of the year – enriching our retreat menu.
