It’s subtle, however we all can feel it. Yes, change is in the air! The green leaves are slowly turning to red, yellow, orange and gold. As the leaves fall and the days grow shorter and the air becomes cooler, this season invites us to embrace the shift between the dreamy libra season, an air element sign that deals with balance, harmony and justice with the intense and intuitive Scorpio season, a water signs that’s all about emotion, ability to let go and transformation.
One of the most powerful ways we can support, empower ourselves and harness these powerful autumn energies is by grounding into the rhythms of the moon, sun, stars and through the Zodiac. We are beings intimately in tune and influenced with the Earth we call home and creating rituals around the season helps us to live more authentically and in alignment with nature.
Vera uses the moon phases energies and together, we will honor the powerful celestial energies at play as a tool for slowing down and drawing inwards. When we begin to use these phases of the season as points to turn inward and reflect, we unlock an incredibly powerful tool to realign with ourselves and everything that surrounds us and we create shared moments that connect us as human beings.
This retreat will offer you a combination of strong dynamic vinyasa practice to ignite fire and warmth and a softer restorative practices such restorative, yin yoga and yoga nidra to invite a full release of body and mind. Besides the asana practice, you will be guided into pranayama, meditation, journal prompts, moon rituals and provided with time to connect to the peaceful natural surroundings and to simply be. This is an invitation to reset and rebalance your body, heart, and mind ready to make the most of Autumn season.

about the place
It doesn’t seem possible that In Sabina is less than an hour’s drive from the crowded streets of Rome. With lush, abundant grounds of its own, along with a natural spring and a magnificent wooden yoga platform which overlooks the valley below, this is a truly magical place that’s ideal for spiritual practice, slowing down, and plunging oneself into nature.
