This retreat is for anyone looking to delve deeper on their spiritual path and embrace their wild, powerful and feminine self. It is an invitation on a journey of discovery, an opportunity to dive into your own female essence, beauty, sensuality and power guided by Natasha. As we come together to explore our womanhood we can learn, grow, evolve and embrace all parts of ourselves. Natasha shares from a place of intuition and inspiration from her own journey into womanhood… the challenges, the breakthroughs and the incredible learnings that eventually lead to a deep sense of freedom and love. It is her absolute pleasure and purpose to share these practices with you during this retreat.
This week long exploration will look at what the divine feminine means to you, exploring feminine and masculine energy, and ways in which you can handle these and harness them in yourself in order to fully embrace the highest most alive version of your life.
Through various workshops and classes, including embodied movement, flow yoga, dance, breath, & sound healing we will play with the female archetypes, releasing what no longer serves us and is holding us back, and cultivate a deep sense of heart centred alignment. This week will be a powerful, playful adventure into your unique feminine embodiment, enjoying the wild and the wonderful, and ultimately calling you home to your true sacred self.
Natasha is an international 500hr Yoga & Meditation Teacher, Sensual Embodiment Coach, Reiki Master & Sound Healing practitioner, writer and singer songwriter. With over a decade of experience as a teacher in the yoga & holistic realm, and a firm desire to support people on their personal growth, healing and connection to their truest nature, she has ventured into many aspects of the world of spirituality, health and wellbeing.
Having started her career in London, Natasha eventually followed her desire to travel as well as her calling to support students on a deeper level, guiding them on their path of self discovery and holding space for transformation a more immersive setting. She decided to specialise in leading retreats, a calling that has seen her teach across the globe for the last 10 years. As she continued on her own personal journey, it eventually led her to uncover the healing art of Tantra, studying the beautiful power of heart centred connection, embodied movement and working with sexuality and sensuality as a form of deep healing and empowerment. Natasha is currently based in Ibiza, while still traveling throughout the year offering transformative retreats in some beautiful locations. When she’s not teaching a yoga & meditation class, or offering a sound bath, you can find Natasha surfing waves, hiking mountains, exploring in nature or expressing her creative self through music and writing.

about the place
It doesn’t seem possible that In Sabina is less than an hour’s drive from the crowded streets of Rome. With lush, abundant grounds of its own, along with a natural spring and a magnificent wooden yoga platform which overlooks the valley below, this is a truly magical place that’s ideal for spiritual practice, slowing down, and plunging oneself into nature.
In a nutshell, this is a retreat for anyone who wants to switch off the ‘noise’ and truly experience the joy of being alive.
There’ll also be plenty of time to visit the area’s tiny ancient villages, join in a ceramic workshop, and simply enjoy being our truest selves among like-minded souls. Discover the location.
