We almost want to keep it a secret.
This place feels so undisturbed, like something from a dream or a much-loved book. Tucked among the olive groves and rolling green hills of central Italy, it doesn’t seem possible that ‘In Sabina’ is less than an hour’s drive from the crowded streets of Rome.
With lush, abundant grounds of its own, along with a natural spring and a magnificent wooden yoga platform which overlooks the valley below, this is a truly magical place that’s ideal for spiritual practice, slowing down, and plunging oneself into nature.
The experience doesn’t stop when you close the door on the outside world either, with the rooms inside the two restored 17th century stone buildings decorated in a simple, natural style. Inside or out, this is a place where guests are truly embraced by Mother Nature.
ABOUT THIS WEEK
A WEEK TO RE-ESTABLISH OUR DEEPEST CONNECTIONS - TO NATURE, OURSELVES, AND EACH OTHER - AND IN DOING SO, FIND PROFOUND STATES OF WELLBEING.
Rewilding is all about immersing ourselves in nature. Disconnecting from our hectic day-to-day lives to truly reconnect with the natural world. Rediscovering ourselves at the most basic, yet profound and soothing level.
During this week-long retreat, there’ll be lots of opportunities to be outdoors, in contact with nature. Our classes will take place on the venue’s majestic open-air yoga platform. We’ll go hiking, take walks barefoot and submerge ourselves into nature.
We want to experience all the elements and their qualities: go deep and intense with FIRE; flow dynamically with WATER; gain clarity and lightness with AIR; and feel strong and supported by EARTH.
Each morning, we will ignite our passion, build our strength, and awaken the playful selves we so often suppress, by combining different styles of yoga with other forms of movement. In doing so, we will learn to move in a wholly natural way – both on and off the mat.
In the afternoons, we’ll move in more gentle ways, affording us the time and space to listen to the nature around us, and the vast silence within us. There’ll also be plenty of time to visit the area’s tiny ancient villages,
join in a ceramic workshop, and simply enjoy being our truest selves among like-minded souls.
This week we will create an environment where everybody feels welcome, part of the community, and encouraged to be oneself, in order to get out of the daily routine and arrive in the present moment.

Level: All levels from Yoga beginners to experienced Yogis are welcome.
Vinyasa Yoga Teacher & Wild Child
Christina became a 300+hours certified yoga teacher after practicing yoga for almost seven years.
While working a full time office job as picture editor and photographer for several online fashion platforms, she felt the need to escape the daily consumption rush and found her balance in yoga and nature adventures.
Christina wants to share with you her asana and meditation practice as well as her understanding of how to live naturally even when not living in nature.
Christinas classes usually start with a long mobility & streching part to prepare the body for the dynamic & powerful Vinyasa Class.
The focus is on stability and strength due to her interest in anatomy and proper alignment of the asanas.
Her classes are supported by energizing music and her playful and casual attitude combined with her hands-on assist let you feel in good hands.

Sasha is a culinary trained plant-based chef with the prestigious Matthew Kenney and served as head chef and retreat coordinator at Apoyo Lodge, the first 100% vegan hotel in Nicaragua whom she joined forces with in 2010.
Sasha hides out in a small beach town on the Northern Pacific Coast where she likes to surf and experiment with new dishes made from foraged wild edibles and indigenous plants.
